I had it but now hard to find. Meanwhile address the Einstein question and this below

This mature and serious looking group of people don't look like skit makers o
Serious news outlets are always looking for stories. They'd investigate a story like this, and if true, publish it, probably with interviews of coworkers, relatives, etc. Police will also likely be involved in case there was fowl play.
Be suspicious anytime all you see is a short clip on social media and no names of any sort whatsoever.

I'll accept it is possible when it has been shown to be possible under proper experimental conditions. The more plausible explaination is already given as emotional contagion. Combine that with confirmation bias and you get this notion that you can always do it when I am pretty sure 99.999% of the time you can't.
I just remembered (your saying this reminded me), it has actually been proven under controlled experimental conditions.
They went through old patients' files in a large clinic. As we know, most people don't go for regular check-ups unless something is wrong. Many of the patients whose files they went through and talked about (not even willing them to come in) came in for check-up within a short period of time, way beyond anything one might consider coincidental!

(BTW there is no logical explanation for what Einstein called "spooky action at a distance"}

One thing that makes all these threads lose their value is that the creators chose a wrong section to tell their story so many distractions will stop them from achieving their aims

The best way to say it all without interference on nairaland is to create a diary n tag people u want to follow

There will b no interference or any distractions
But very few people will also read it because very few people go to the diary section. I'd never come accross this if it were in diary section

I am sorry bro if you feel offended ... Just understand that everything he says may not be the truth not because he intentionally lied but because as humans even in Prophecies we are not 100% accurate... 1 Corinthians 13:9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. No one Pastor knows or understand everything that is why a Pastor can preach a message and some years later he will update his knowledge and change from what he use to preach... If you ask me If the Pope is real I will tell you I don't know but if you ask me if TB Joshua is real, I will tell you YES IN CAPITAL LETTERS... Even The Great BennyHinn even attested to the authenticity of TB Joshua.. Don't forget that Pastors like Oyedepo, Paul Enenche, David Ibiyeoimie, Johnson Suleman respect BennyHinn so much and the Op already said these Nigerian Pastors are genuine. Except the Op is saying that the likes of Bennyhinn that is well respected in Christendom in the world is fake... Godforbid...
Below is a video of Bennyhinn talking about TB Joshua and that he will also like to fellowship with him...

They are not remotely affecting your emotional state; you are already aware that the emotional states are going to be tumultuous. There is no mystery here.
You don't understand. I'd be feeling normal till the moment they start reading my email then I'd start feeling something like anxiety and I'd know right away they're reading my email. AI says empaths do it, but I don't consider myself an empath. I have no doubt we are connected by a force field or something. Maybe quantum entanglement can explain it somewhat

LoLz. You already mentioned the reason, strong emotion. I guess people like you don't realise emotion is a combination of brain state and hormones which can absolutely produce psychosomatic symptoms.

Again an already contentious email group has strong emotions flowing around and combined with confirmation bias will make you think you are 100% doing something woo woo.
No, seriously, this mystified me. How can someone in Hong Kong reading an email I sent from Nigeria affect my emotional state the moment they start reading the email??!

A belief system that has locked your sensibilities, yet gives you the audacity to ask whether someone's head is locked, is not good for human consumption. On that note I'll have to let you be because not everyone will wake up from this disease.

Those writing credited to Pliny and others are probably forgeries too. If they could forge Josephus's writing, then an intelligent person shouldn't believe anything else as legitimate.

Goodbye
It is just very frustrating to see someone talking nonsense and persist in talking the nonsense no matter what he is shown!

You still haven't answered the questions:

Are you also denying that the historically documented persecutions happened? You still haven't told us HOW it is Rome that conquered Christianity if Christian God replaced their cherished mighty gods and god-emperor as FALSE. You also still haven't told us if OT was also made up!

You don't understand. She lives in London and you live in Nigeria and she hates your girfriend and wants you to dump her.
Certain things simply cannot be explained by science. I used to have a contentious email group with some people. Do you know I could tell 100% when a person is reading a scathing email I sent. Their strong emotions reading it somehow gets to me. And I knew this with precision. If they read the email two days later, I knew. This convinced me TOTALLY that there is an invisible connection between all of us, and it transcends distance!

For instance my daughter had persistent stomach ache not even doctors diagnosed properly until I figured out she had a wheat allegy. Left to people like you na prayer una go dey do. LoLz.
If your daughter invariably had stomach ache every time you sleep with your girlfriend, how would science explain that? That's the kind of thing we're talking about

You're not the same as the earliest Judean believers. You and them don't believe in the same thing.

Indeed, Rome conquered them by adopting part of their beliefs, changed it, and from then on imposed on you and others everything you all now believe as so called Christians.

Again, what you believe today is Roman version of the religion of the earliest Judeans. What a pity you have no idea!!

The earliest Judeans didn't believe that Jesus was not a God.

They didn't worship on Sunday.

They had no Bible as there was nothing like Bible then.

The didn't have a Christmas day for Jesus.

Etc.

Rome created all these and imposed on you. What a pity you don't even know the source of what you believe!!
You still have not answered the simple questions you were asked but keep parroting the same inanity.
Everything you mentioned is irrelevant to Christian belief except worship of Jesus as God - you LIED! They worshipped Jesus as God almost from the very begining!

The so called ''son of god''?
Exactly the point. That's the TOTAL PROOF you are dealing with the divine, because that's how God usually works. Not only was he unknown, even his closest friends were denying knowing him upon his "shameful" death. If you were dealing with something human that'd have been the end of the story. God raised Him from all that to.being worshipped as God till today!

Quite well actually. The problem is most of us over here have is because the matter has been so soaked in spiritual mumbo jumbo they'd rather talk to a pastor than to mental health professional who can better diagnose and help them.
A whole family became simultaneously mentally ill after their brother refused to replace their father in a secret cult! There are even some alfas or people like TB Joshua who acquired the capacity to be able to enter people's dreams. It has been long conclusively demonstrated - science CANNOT explain a lot of things!
Christianity Etc › Re: Why Is Jesus Not Included In Academic History Books? by QuinQ(f): 1:21pm On Jan 08

You're speaking from the point of view of today as a rigid believer and as someone who doesn't know about ancient cultures and religious scencetism.

In ancient times, religion wasn't as rigid as it is today. People often adapted to new religions and took what is necessary.

That's what Rome did.

Before Rome adopted Christianity, they already had the son of God Mithra who died and shed his blood to save humanity, had 12 disciples, died and resurrected, etc. So, Rome didn't have any problem adopting and adapting to what was deemed good in Christianity. For POLITICAL purposes, they adapted to Christianity to conquer it.

If it was possible for you to wake up the early Judean Christians from the grave, you and them would be having two different religions. They weren't even called Christians. They began to be called Christians several years later in Antioch, Turkey. This was probably a different sect on its own
So speak as a non-rigid non-believer and tell us why, if in those times religion was freely allowed, Rome fervently and feverishly tried to suppress Christianity. Or are you also denying that the historically documented persecutions happened? You still haven't told us HOW it is Rome that conquered Christianity if Christian God replaced their cherished mighty gods and god-emperor as FALSE. You also still haven't told us if OT is also made up!
Christianity Etc › Re: Why Is Jesus Not Included In Academic History Books? by QuinQ(f): 1:03pm On Jan 08

Yeah this is how you people demonise issues that have nothing to do with your spiritual mumbo jumbo. People overcome mental health challenges without needing that junk so don't gimme that.

Telling people mental health challenges are demonic is how you perpetuate your superstitions in this part of the world. In other parts of the world where rationality is more in play such junk doesn't fly.
I'd like to think so too, being scientifically minded, but experience dictates otherwise. There was this lady whose father was a member of some Ogboni-like secret cult. After her father died her brother refused to replace him in the cult as mandated by their rules. That's when it started happening: spiritual attacks on their family nonstop. They'd be raping her while she was walking in broad daylight. She ran to US to escape them and they followed her there. She ran deep into Christ and that's when the attacks eased off. Experiences like this abound. How does science and "mental health challenges" explain them??

The word "BEGOTTEN" means born or come to existence in a special way!

Jesus is the one and only creature made by God directly but all other creatures exists through God's orders carried out by Jesus.

That's why the Bible book of Genesis keeps repeating God's orders to someone beside God during the creation of other things! John 1:2

“Let there be light.” Genesis 1:3

“Let there be an expanse between the waters, and let there be a division between the waters and the waters.” Genesis 1:6

“Let the waters under the heavens be collected together into one place, and let the dry land appear.” Genesis 1:9

“Let the earth cause grass to sprout, seed-bearing plants and fruit trees according to their kinds, yielding fruit along with seed on the earth.” Genesis 1: 11

“Let there be luminaries in the expanse of the heavens to make a division between the day and the night, and they will serve as signs for seasons and for days and years.  They will serve as luminaries in the expanse of the heavens to shine upon the earth.” Genesis 1:14-15

“Let the waters swarm with living creatures, and let flying creatures fly above the earth across the expanse of the heavens.” Genesis 1:20

“Let the earth bring forth living creatures according to their kinds, domestic animals and creeping animals and wild animals of the earth according to their kinds.” Genesis 1:24

“Let us make man in our image, according to our likeness, and let them have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and the domestic animals and all the earth and every creeping animal that is moving on the earth.” Genesis 1:26

These are instructions or orders given to someone who is working beside God as a master craftsman {Proverbs 8:30} this is the person God first created as His first work {Proverbs 8:22} and the first born of all creation! Colossians 1:15
So begotten means created? Wow! So why not just say created. Also when God said "let is make man...", why didn't he just say "make man in our image...". Proving he wasn't giving orders to someone. Also Psalm 33:9 made clear He spoke the world into existence, not through orders: "For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it appeared". Na wa for this your theology o.
