Quivah, did you go through OTP while making your order(s) on the new account you just appealed, because I didn't o. Even the 2nd card didn't go through same. Asking to know if there's need to be concerned or it's been a general thing now with GTB.

I didn't go through otp o.. the thing just went straight away.
I don't think there's anything to be concerned about, it's probably because the cards have been verified so no security breach lol that's my wack mind talking tho.

but I know that isn't the general thing with gtb, I went through OTP on all the new accounts I used,in the initial payment I made, however after appeal, I paid for my orders (in all of the two accounts I appealed) without OTP.

but did you remember when he said (in the morning) he hasn't been sent the mail and it's over 24hrs? besides this is the first time I'm hearing they send you a mail 24hrs first before you can appeal..(well, maybe there's a long queueof verification going on already lmao)
also he can always open a new account,he doesnt have a dime in his account now.. he can never know what's wrong until he opens a new account. if same thing happens then he can always return to the older account (hoping aliexpress finally sends the mail) besides I suggested he sends his appeal details to security@aliexpress.com just in case, you missed that part?
and the dude said he already verified his alipay, which alipay u dey talk again??
making appeal is the issue now,not alipay! and he can always come back to do that but while wait on that when he can always open a new account to know if his older account was the problem?
and the emboldened is very silly, I open new accounts because I help different people make orders..also I wouldn't have suggested he open a new account when he has some $$ in his alipocket already. if he had some $$, in fact that's a good news but did you noticed, even while he tried making orders(ALIPOCKET coupon s) he got error messages but those failed orders weren't on his order list?
if I remember quite well, he's supposed to have those failed orders awaiting payments on his order list..but his is empty...

Mr noramohammed please while trying to figure out what's going by waiting on aliexpress mail to make your appeal or by sending the appeal mail to security@aliexpress.com please do open a new account and check if same thing is gonna happen by then it's probably your card(which is still surprising).

PS; I strongly doubt your card is the problem.

I have tried paying thru the app and it gives me a similar error message,tho the error message will just blink for a second and disappeared also some part of it will not be displayed, I even updated the app this morn on my android phone, I also try using the app on iPad but the same error, when I try paying thru the desktop, I got something like this. see screenshot. the place i put arrow at will not disappear no matter how many times i click on DONE, I change browser to Microsoft edge but same problem

you dont have any funds in your alipocket account na, just safe yourself this stress and open a new aliexpress account..
anyways download puffin click the menu and request desktop version then go check your order list and see if there's appeal waiting (however I don't think the browser is the issue here)... you can try what the guy below said too. if none work, biko just open a new account.

you know what, have you tried paying via the app?
try to pay using the app and tell us the error message.
you don't even have any order list sef.. try to pay via the app.
or better still when you try to pay via the website again and its say 'unsuccessful payment due security reason blah blah' whatever, there should be a part where you will be asked to appeal at the concluding part of the message..just click on it.

go and appeal. the screenshot you sent earlier was for alipay verification and not to appeal.
go to aliexpress on your computer or chrome on phone(desktop version) or just type us.ae.aliexpress.com on your phone's browser.
go to your orders, and check if you have an appeal waiting.
if so(which I believe), click on it and submit the necessary documents.. it's gets verified within 3-5 working days.
this should solve the issue.

ps; the error message you got is telling you to appeal if you read the message fully, there's a part where it says you should appeal.

please appeal with your cards and you are good to go. forget all those clueless CCRs.

Nawa, all these appeal stuff sounds strange to me, like I said before, I only appealed once, and it was even declined, angrily spent my $70 in my alipocket, and just decided to try again after some weeks. Since then I have never had any issues with funding, have funded all all denominations without any glitch, and have even used more than six different cards for funding.

from the screenshot,that isn't appeal Na ..that's alipay verification and it ain't compulsory sef, you only do that when you wanna make higher payments.

about my speaker, aite then I will check the RAM thanks.

you upload everything you have there on the appeal list Na (if you want), it will bring out all the cards you tried to make payments with ..
however you can choose to upload only one/two../ cards. you will be able to pay only with those cards.
I tried making payments with 3 cards,mine and two others. but I appealed with mine and one other, these two will be the ones I will be able to use to successfully make payments on my account.. so you can choose to upload only the other person's documents or you upload yours too(if it's a among the list of cards on the appeal site).
just check the appeal site.

my first appeal was successful even without alipay verification, I only decided to verify my alipay account afterwards, because I needed to make much payments using two cards.
aside that, one can just open his alipay account without necessarily verifying so long you ain't ordering for much stuffs.
the second appeal on another account was successful whereas I didn't verify my alipay at all or even opened the alipay account.

that aside, those CCRs are so clueless especially the ladies.

I didn't send them a mail but I ensured I chatted with their customer care agents every day and night, letting them my situation and urgency... bro, the bold is untrue. my appeal has been undergoing verification stage already before I decided to try to pay with my Card this morning..however this won't affect my appeal or make me appeal again since I wasnt using a different card .
the only issue is, I won't be able to pay UNTIL I get verified.
you can make appeal with the cards you used in making payments, you'd see them in the appeal page.

quivah, they may have realized that you have two accounts, hence why they've refused to accept your appeal. I've had to appeal twice when my account newly opened, and never did it take more than two days for my appeal to be accepted. I never chatted with any of their reps. I simply include a well written note in addition to the requested documents.

I opened an account with my friend's name ..not my name, no way in hell they could have known it's me.. even if they do, I don't think this should pose any issue.

@gptech, I still tried this morning before the coupon finally expired around 11am..and I still got the same error message. I checked my appeal progress and its still 'being verified'

@Kazzonline87 since when I submitted my appeal both on the site and via mail, I have contacted more than 4 customer care agents to help me speed it up,which of course they said they would.. but still same issue. I appealed with my card and with one other card.

good god! how the hell do you guys survive this appeal stage.. I have been battling with it since about two weeks now.
tried using chrome, puffin, uc browser(on phone) all with 'request desktop site' option, Mozilla and chrome (on laptop)

but they all have the same issue.. to submit Na wahala o, I click on it but nothing happens..

Im trying to let you know you cant edit/correct your shipping address after order has been made like you suggested! Thats the point of correction..

You cant edit your shipping address after order has been made.
You can either cancel the order, correct your address and wait for a refund and then re order.
Or you contact your seller with the correct address..if he/she hasnt shipped out already.
If na xiaomi online store you ordered from, i will advise you just cancel the order jeje.
