I wouldnt agree more. Take a look at the border security everyone knows we need some sort of physical barrier, but cos its trump call they wanna thwart his effort and encourage open border. If care is not taken America will turn to a Spanish nation in some couple of years..
You mean like it was to begin with? An Indian and Spanish nation?

I did.
Those were scores, not raw data.
The link I uploaded took that same information and interpreted into numbers.
They tally up with us rankings. I used to get paid to crunch stats. The other numbers are a misinterpretation. The USA is NOT at 99% literacy.

"Compared with the PIAAC international average distribution of literacy skills, the United States had a larger percentage of adults performing at both the top and bottom of the distribution. Thirteen percent of U.S. adults age 16-65 performed at the highest proficiency level (4/5) on the PIAAC literacy scale, which was higher than the international average of 12 percent. Eighteen percent of U.S. adults performed at the lowest level of the PIAAC literacy scale (at or below Level 1), which was higher than the international average of 16 percent."

I could not find concrete percentages for the U.S. on either of those sites, which is weird bc almost every country reported those stats except for the U.s. I did find stats on wikipedia that said the US literacy rate is above 96% and another education site said 99%. But they all said literacy can be hard to measure bc there are different standards or measures used.
Look at Babyvet's link

Because it's a blight on the country. All you have to do is look at annual USA rankings in math, English and science versus other countries

Am not sure many people expected something significant out of Mueller investigation.lets see what the full report contains anyway because the summarised version by the DOJ may be misleading. Whatever it is though, the potus can not be indicted on criminal charge while still in office.
Democrats don't want him out. He's easy to beat next election and they'd rather run against him than anyone else which is why Pelosi said it's not worth impeaching him. Plus Barr is the AG Trump wished he had with Sessions.

To me being illiterate is not the same thing as not having a college education. I think in US terms illiterate is not being able to read or write past elementary middle school levels.
Yes but the two previously mentioned people are in the truly illiterate category. And the completely illiterate rate is still pretty high especially in Trump country and inner cities

I'm going to sit back and really ponder a Joe Biden presidency.
Yup folks aren't pleased with Kamala.
But I will say this, folks get caught up with presidential elections and neglect local elections.
Local elections are the really important ones bc the people elected in offices such as mayor, governor, prosecutor, school board, etc are the ones affecting citizens' daily lives the most.
I'm the one who's been "like-stalking" you

OyinbowithaTan:
Historically Democrats were the party of slavery, segregation, kkk, Jim Crow laws in the South, and in the especially North East the party of immigrants, big unions (google Tammany Hall), the poor and the working class. The Republican Party was founded shortly before the Civil War as the party of Anti Slavery. It morphed into the party overwhelmingly of the educated Ivy League WASPs (White Anglo Saxon Protestants), the Industrialists. From which the term Fat Cat Republican was born. The poor Irish, Italians, Polish Catholics were overwhelmingly Democrats.
The Republicans also pushed and wrote most of the legislation to end segregation and discrimination. The big legislation being signed by Democrat LBJ in the 60's. It is very easy to find all of this online, including the voting records of each party historically.

I would agree that most of the people with multiple university degrees, especially on the coasts today are Democrats. Most working class whites, including union workers, are Republicans today. When Clinton was president the Dems had about a 17 point advantage with these people and now the Republicans have about a 20 point advantage. BTW virtually nobody in the USA is illiterate.
You must live under a rock with the whole statement but I'll focus on your last sentence. USA has one of the highest illiteracy rates of any developed country. A couple of famous illiterate people? Floyd Mayweather and R Kelly. Not to mention the hoards of illiterate white people, most of whom voted for Trump
