BafanaBafana: Ortom used the money to buy cars for his commissioners and advisers. Money that was meant to clear salary arrears. They then compiled names of casual workers in the state and claimed they were staff state government workers who had been paid. people wicked sha is this true, like seriously? |
Business › Re: Nigerian Traders In Ghana Turn Beggars Over Locked Up Shops – NUTAG by Raddie(m): 7:44pm On Feb 26, 2020 |
staga: We are too sentimental.
The Chinese, Indians and Turks in Ghana are not doing retail business. They are doing manufacturing which is allowed by the Ghanaian government. In fact, they even prefer foreigners to come to Ghana, take their raw materials and start manufacturing.
Retail business is for Ghanaians only. That is the law. It has nothing to do with ECOWAS and the GIPC law is very explicit about this. Other ECOWAS country nationals are not exempted.
If Nigeria is unhappy about it, then Muhammadu Buhari needs to call Akufo-Addo for a summit, where these things can be negotiated with concessions made on both sides. That is what we saw with the US-China trade war. They eventually came together and talked about it.
I hate it when Nigerians go abroad and contravene the laws in other countries. I like this! |

Ausrichie: Okay, I grab now. Eyaa their land their law. Add the fact of shehu shagaris Ghana must go in 1983 to the mix - about 37 years ago. A man of 20 then is 57 now and that's about the age range of the politicians. laws like this shouldn't be a shock. Wonder why we can't have laws similar. Bans on generators Jail terms with farm work/trade craft something in the line of sewing uniforms/raising chickens/capentry for public schools. Tax on more than 2-3 cars. CDA involvement in security issues. Compulsory farming on vacant lands. Public knowledge of contracts awarded. Use of cams by law enforcement agents. The list is endless, but one I'd like to see is real journalism in Nigeria, maybe scraping of hrms' from companies - since its all contract workers this days. Wonder what a decade from now has in store for us. |

from oshodi/iyana axis....Just board a bus to sango/toll gate, drop at toll gate to beat the sango madness. take a bike to oju-ore, you should get a car to idiroko from there.
if going to Cotonou market, you could drop at igolo then take a bike over to benin, from the park you should get a car to contonou market/park
like all migration be willing to engage drivers, road resellers - shop owners precisely and be wary of co travellers - he/she might be a spotter |

In your case you're as guilty as him, why not just pay the fine and get a ticket. |

CHoccolaTE: First of all Muhammad mentioned the reason why he forbade Ali from marring a second wife which was because Ali marrying another wife will hurt Fatima and anything that hurts Fatima also hurts him, Muhammad. He gave a reason so he knew polygamy hurts women but went ahead to practise it and decree it.
Secondly the rest of your post is you vomiting what you were taught in madrasa about polygamy The reality is that it only favours males, it's very bad for the emotional well being of the women involved, it's even written in the Quran that men will never be able to love their wives equally even if they tried so how do you expect the least loved wife to feel in that situation? Whatever happened to the fathers of his women, guess they were all happy, cause it was him. Does that mean I'm a polygamist - would rather marry two good friends than marry one and bump the other in secret. My peace of mind is non-negotiable! |

My argument has nothing to do with availability of buyers or not. Look as far as there is a price difference, someone will bring it in. Just human nature! |

Pafoma: Guys! I need serious, real and honest contributions.. Thanks to all that will contribute.
I have a lady whom i am dating. I truly love and care about her but she has been with people that are in my circle and this disturbs me. She didnt used to be a straightforward and totally faithful person but i see that she is making efforts towards being completely honest and straightforward but still i dont have rest in my spirit about taking the decision to marry her.
I have observed she is soft with guys and is not firm, although i am aware it takes time for someone used to a particular pattern or lifestyle to adjus. I need help because breaking up with this lady will mean that i have to look for someone else to start the entire circle with again and who knows what if the new one also comes with even worse baggages.
My questions are these
1. What do you advice i do? 2. Who has been in similar situation where you fell in love with a lady your friends and circle have been with then married her? What was the experience like including things to look out for.. 3. How can be sure i wont regret the decision to go forward?
Please feel free to ask me any question and i’ll answer if they are not sarcastic or jokes..
Thank you. Grab a couple of beers call everyone together and a couple of neutrals, have the whole house covered with cams. Don't forget to get high as f**k, a time of your life, relax and roll a blunt. By morning brand new you! |

Astark: they are lazy?
They can go to great countries like united kingdom, Japan without visa.
They have 24 hours light
They have the best universities, bank's, hospitals I'm Africa
They are employment opportunities there
There's no terrorists groups like boko haram, herdsmen and co
They don't indulge in prostitutions, drug trafficking and fraud.
They aren't known for crimes.
They have hosted many world cups tournaments like football, rugby, cricket
They are among world best cities unlike Nigerians overrated slums
If that's why lazy means, then Nigerians should be lazy. They are lazy yet Nigerians want to die there instead of coming back.
They own Nigeria largest mobile network and Nigeria largest shopping malls yet you don't see the Zulus here. Do tell, how does being lazy correlate with all this? |
