He is one of the issue pdp lost. Instead of focusing on real issues affecting Nigerians he was focusing on attacking the character of Buhari. GEJ had a better campaign term in 2011 because they only campaign on issues and never attacked Buhari personality

Gov Chime Sullivan and Rochas Okorochas are the two best Igbo governors presently. Please don't take Imo state back to the days of Ohakim and Imo don't want some like Ochendo as their Gov. Also the pdp candidate Emeka Ihedioha is not different from Ochendo or Ohakim. So Imo should learn from the mistake of Abia.

You are a novice in Nigeria politics. You need to study history of Nigeria politics. In 1994, Abiola won against a northern man Bashir Tofa in almost all the northern state and southern state. GEJ lost because his performance was below average and PDP failed woefully in performance in the last 16 years.

If APC perform very well from now till 2019 and 2023 by giving Nigeria 24 hours electricity, reducing corruption and improving our economy and security. Even if they produce a man from Ghana as their presidential candidate Nigerians will vote massively for him.

Pdp is a dying party. I don't see them making a come back. They don't have a charismatic leader like Tinubu that will help the party make a comeback. All the big shots like OBJ, Atiku and many previous governors in the party has left because of GEJ greed to remain in power at all cost even when he promise only one term. GEJ is responsible for pdp downfall and history will not judge him well . GEJ cant remain the leader of PDP because he is not really popular and charismatic like Tinubu. The first step PDP should do is to boot GEJ out of the party leadership and send him to early retirement.
They are also going to lose more states in governorship election. It will only be a miracle if survive till 2019 because they no longer have access to Federal government money and protection. I hope Nigeria don't become a one party state tho

I think Atiku will go back to pdp because he is the only hope for pdp. GEJ cant be the national leader of pdp because he is not popular or influential

you have hatred for Rochas because of him supporting Buhari. If Rochas was still in APGA you would have been one of the individuals campaigning for him. In terms of performance, Rochas is one of the best Igbo governor in this present Republic. He has done a lot for Imo state than the previous PDP governors. I have been to Owerri during Ohakim tenure and I can see the difference between his government and the previous government. Besides that Emeka Ihiedioha is no different from Ohakim and Rochas is far better than him. Apart from the Enugu Gov Chime, PDP governors has failed the Igbos.
Its an insult to call Ameachi an errand boy. Ameachi is the best governor in Rivers state and he is love by Rivers people. You are just sentimental because Ameachi and Rochas supported APC without considering their leadership style and performance in their respective states

Imolites should not make the mistake of voting Rochas out. I personally think he is the best governor in Imo state since 1999. Also I see Rochas as a rising star in the East and might end up becoming the first Igbo President. Rochas is love in the north for standing with Buhari even against the wish of his people. Also Rochas is very fluent in Hausa because he was born and grew up in the north. Rochas is the only Igbo man that I think can win election in the north if the presidency is zone to the Igbos by the 2 major parties.
I really hope the people of Imo should vote for Rochas due to his performance as a governor and the potential of him being a national Igbo leader that would protect the cause of the Igbos in the new federal government

I think PDP will lose Kebbi, Katsina, Kano, Kaduna, Jigawa, Niger and Bauchi states. But we should be careful not to end up with another one party system.

you forgot to include Sokoto where Tambuwal is contesting as gov. They will also lose Benue because the people hate their current Gov.

General Abdulsalami Abubakar is the father of democracy in Nigeria. He was the one who broker the peace accord signed by both GEJ and GMB. He also was not selfish by holding on to power but rather conducting an election and handling over from military to civilian. He would have still been in power till today if he wanted and nobody would have done anything about it. I really respect him and he is underappreciated by most Nigerians. He is the "mandela" of Nigeria

Please its an insult to Mandela by comparing him with GEJ. GEJ lost the election and there is no way he could remain in power even if he rejected the result. Pdp is a dying party and might not survive the next 4 years. Lagos has always been in the opposition party to the federal government and this has prevented lagos from benefiting from the federal government . Lagos should vote APC in all elections. Pdp has nothing to offer lagosians
