Stoopid post |
Just frame the document. That's the proper way to preserve it. Lamination is a poor man's attempt at framing. |
Hadone:As in! This is so stupid and dangerous, this is an avoidable risk to the guy and everyone around him. Shows the level of reasoning of our youth. |
This is so silly. Your topic is the exact opposite of your advice. Wasted MB |
Shedrack777:There are 2 sides to the story. Women are vigorously sexually molested and emotionally degraded to a state of mental collapse. Jungle justice is bad when meted to anyone- irrespective of sex. The real problem is that we have lost confidence in our law enforcement apparatus and justice system; so we derive social retribution by violently visiting the sins of every thief on the one who gets caught. |
AutoJoshNG:Brother, I saw the wheels and I was like 'eeew' before seeing your question about the wheels. Nice project though. |
ishowdotgmail:This is just so facking hilarious!!! ![]() |
Very well written. This is the root of all the money doctrine arguments Christians engage in. |
This is a new design as opposed to a new invention. |
acunon:Hello sir, 1 or 1.5 hp |
acunon:Brotherly, whats the going rate on mobile acs? Thanks |
amicable09:Sorry to hear about this ordeal. Its good that you are using your experience to help others. I hope you have taken out time to talk to someone, like a counselor or someone mature enough to help you deal with it. PTSD is a common offshoot of such traumatic episodes and I think you should be conscious to address any latent stress. Take care. |
What are your current rates? |
The banality of some things Christians make a fuss over is just astonishing. |
This is a very mature and seasoned analysis. A little light but it hits the right notes. |
Hmmmmm I have generally decided not to comment on this charade but I have a few 'legal' observations on these new developments. 1. Why is the affidavit deposed to in Abuja High Court when the case was filed in Lagos state High Court? 2. Why doesn't the affidavit bear a suit number? 3. Why did the deponent (Otobo) still use Keyamo's address as her address in her affidavit? 4. The affidavit is dated 29th January, what is the mischief in releasing it now? 5. Where is the proof that the Defendant's counsel has withdrawn from the case? |
@RCDIY has been holding it down right here on NL. No doubt. |
NoToPile:We are so used to suffering in this country. If you're a tenant, when last did you take a look at your lease agreement? If you have one close by, carefully study it. You will see that Landlords and Tenants have rights, liabilities, covenants and obligations. The Landlord's first obligation is to ensure that the house is in tenantable condition. This means that all utilities should be present and in reasonable working condition. What if the cost of fixing the transformer required each house to contribute 200k? The issue isn't about the money which I'm sure the Op can pay 1000 times. On principle, you need to establish the rules, and then you can make a contribution as the spirit leads. If the landlord lives off the property and such an event occurs, the Tenant should notify the landlord and provide the opportunity for the landlord to rectify the damage. If the landlord fails to rectify same, the tenant can go ahead to make payment, notify the landlord and set it off with the next rent. |
gidjah:Brotherly, whats the model no? |
In reality, transformer costs should be borne by PHCN, na dem get property. However, it is the landlord's responsibility to bring electricity into the house. It is the tenant's responsibility to pay electricity bills. The transformer is a capital responsibility for the property owner. You may leave the day after the transformer is fixed, what happens to your contribution? Its the principle of it all. In this circumstance, because of the marginal cost, you can raise your objection but still make a goodwill contribution. |
This is a joke... |
All we know in this part of the world is copy-copy. Will our youth stand a chance against these mechinez 10 years from now? |
This man deserves a chilled bottle of Hero. Sensible criticism at the right time and the right place |
phranklean:Whats going on here? The suit was struck out but the court affirmed the Senate? Confusion galore. |
Food is ready pipo! Shior! |
It is definitely quite odd to present two degrees obtained at the same time from two different schools on 1 cv. Notwithstanding the oddity, I'm not aware of any law that proscribes this. It's not advisable on health grounds and also because some schools have minimum attendance requirements in addition to scholarship requirements. Juggling both programs will definitely take its toll, especially considering the negative nature of Nigerian education. |
This is stupid. When did such verbal exchanges become sexual harassment? She had an unpleasant encounter with the man... and we don't know that her account is accurate, cos it sounds fishy. Anywhoo... a rebuttal will be issued soon. Sexual harassment isn't a light allegation to throw around. |
This is so sad. How many countries in Europe and the Diaspora benefit from the deluge of Nigerian students? We lose so much revenue and human capital when our people travel to school abroad. We dey Yankee, Jand, even Libya... Now France wants a piece of the pie. They collect the school fees in exchange for a degree that has no practical use and then send the overcooked people back at the end of the program, to roam the streets of Lagos, Abuja or PH looking for an underpaying job. The solution is not outside... its inside. When will we wake up? |
Na wah. Our stomach infrastructure people are at it again. After the Divorce, he should proceed for Deliverance. On a more serious note, the rate of divorce in this generation is unprecedented. Its almost as if the institution of marriage is under attack. Where did it go wrong? |
iamJ:Savage fatality. |
I knelt down and he grabbed my hands. Suddenly my all day asthma wheezing and migraine vanished! He had divine powers of some kind....WTH Now I've seen it all. 2 Things I observed from this account. 1. She claims the prosecuting lawyers are pastors in the church. This may be wrong in that the lawyers may have been representing the Complainant. If it is true, then that's a conflict of interest right there. 2. The lady is a consummate opportunist. She has seen the prospects of leveraging on this experience as an avenue to a bigger meal ticket. Now she can play on our biggest flaws: Redemption and Religion. |
