I have never entered any flat in my house, do we even see, we might not see each other in a month, I only hear cars drive in and out sometimes, that's how I know I have neighbours.
They should all get busy including your wife(in her house and not entertain rubbish), they will settle soon and the circle continues.

Emaprince:
which one is legit hausa?

This incidence broke my heart. It isn't the first and still won't be the last because these people seems to be supported and protected by the government who is also hausa and Muslim.

Why Christians still lives in northern Nigeria baffles me.

I served in jos and left the next day after passing out. Its a cold and beautiful city..religious crisis have made it inhabitable. After a local govt election we conducted then, crisis broke out and 3 corp members lost their lives. O was lucky to be serving in the Barack.

I understand, how anyone can support the act still baffles me.
I can't and won't even advise my enemy to stay in Northern Nigeria as well, they are not tolerant at all, if I find myself there, I will just mind my business till I leave.

See some of the comments from legit, the killing is justified to some of them...

The comment on legit Hausa is even worse, most of them there justify the attack, I give up on them.

NB: I am not trying to demonize male doctors, I acknowledge that some female doctors are guilty as well. wink

Dear female nurses and doctors, have you been oppressed, maltreated or sexual harassed by a male doctor? If yes, share your story and what you did about it. You can also share the story of any friend or person that you know have been in such situation. Other related stories are welcome. Please don't derail this thread.

Edit: due to the irrationality of many people who have commented here, I am compelled to make it clear that this thread wasn't created to downgrade the noble profession and professionals. This thread wasn't motivated by jealous hence all aggression towards me are undue. I have made a simple request in this thread and I expect a gentle and peaceful response -- that's if you are intellectual mature and bright.

My Dr no see your face ooo. Wetin concern that man, carry the biggest backside, I think he respect his wife more than any nurse/patient he’s seeing, it could just be the discipline type.
Travel / Re: Lagos Mainland Vs Island. by rali123(f): 11:09pm On Mar 15, 2022
Craigbrown4076:
Now don't laugh this off. This is a rather serious comparison as it's my first time in Lagos and as such my first time on the Island.

According to the topic, I will like readers especially those who reside in Lagos to share their opinions as to which of these major residential areas in Lagos is actually more value for money.

I've lived in the Ajah axis of Lagos Island for about 7 months and I can confidently tell you that I will not advise any newcomer to pay rent to live here. Electricity is bad, water is terrible, roads are bad too and for those who commute the Lekki-Epe express road daily know how hellish it can be when there is a surge in traffic.

Tbh, most people living on the island are suffering and smiling, even those who you think are well to do are having it worse.

I'm considering moving away from the Island and finding a serene environment on the mainland to live in. I heard that Magodo/Berger area is true, please how true is this? I will like readers who reside in Lagos to share their thoughts on other serene environments one can live in where one can get good basic amenities. This will definitely help other people as well. Thanks.

This is true depending on where you reside on the mainland, I live in the Berger area and power is at least 18 hours, I use prepaid as well, good road, water, cheaper rent, etc. the only but is traffic when coming to Island if you don’t leave the house early, I have friends who leave house 5 am and a couple of them leave 6 am.

Please don’t let her, tell the mum to talk some sense into her but if she insist after several attempts , let her be.

My neighbor (elderly people ) last born wife lives with them though it’s understandable because I guess the older siblings have something good they are doing so they are all on their own, the wife does everything, take care of the aged parents, her husband and a couple of others I have no idea where they came from, to be sincere, she doesn’t have a good body naturally but the stress has made her look 10times older compare to when she got married.

ChiefSosa:
In as much as it was totally wrong for the boy to assault his lecturer, but we can't act like some lecturers don't deserve some ass whooping.
You that you're reading this, I'm sure you can mention at least 5 lectures/teachers you wish you can Panel beat. Sentiments aside!
Lots of lecturers have made life a living hell for students.
There is more to this story and I don't think the boy will just randomly start beating the lecturer for no reason. This is a 400level student we are talking about. He must have been severely pushed to the wall before risking everything and then attacking the lecturer. He is a human after all and his emotions may have gotten the best of him, thereby making him overreact.
The case should be adequately heard and appropriately judged without bias, regardless of the parties involved.
But, the guy would definitely have to receive some sort of punishment for assaulting a staff and fighting on premises. He shouldn't have done that. From the way she was crying and shouting, you'll know the guy really did a number on her. The guy should have just continued to endure till he will get the certificate he came for and leave the school. It's not going to be easy, but it's the smart decision.
I'm sitting on the fence for the main time.
We need more details.

Sincerely, I dont know what to say, Sadist are plenty in that school, I will never forget a lecturer who would say A is for God, B belongs to him and student should struggle from C, that cruel, give students what they deserve, I just jejely left jarre.

We are all humans, though i dont support the student actions too but it should be thoroughly investigated, even if it's a year suspension but we all know Nigeria University, he will never graduate from that school no matter what...
