PoliticsRe: 2019 & beyond: Between Igbos & PDP/APC +the cluelessness of GEJ & GMB in photos by Ramnon2(op):
This thread is for independent non-PDP, non-APC Nigerians. So please do not bring your stuuupid partisanship here
I wish we have a better choice, these two folks, one starkly clueless (GMB), and the other semi-clueless (GEJ), would both have been sent back to their respective villages.
Politics2019 & beyond: Between Igbos & PDP/APC +the cluelessness of GEJ & GMB in photos by Ramnon2(op):
I have been thinking hard and long and have come to the conclusion that Igbos may get the presidency faster with APC than with PDP.

If GEJ wins, there is no jupiter that would make PDP not give power to the North after him. There is no way in this world a southerner would succeed GEJ.

With APC, after Buhari (an increasingly likely one-term presidency due to his failing health) it will come down south and SE and SW will have to battle for it. Even, before end of 2019, Buhari may be gone. Tinubu may also be gone due to his current ailment, at some point (that is a route for every mortal so do not come barking at me). That way, the space is opened up for others to compete.

I strongly suggest that Igbos give APC a stronger chance, at least at the state and LGA levels, even if they do not like Buhari to be their president. I do not know why on earth APC did not nominate Kwankwaso. He is a northerner who is doing quite well in Kano and has no obvious case of corruption hanging over his head. Personally, I do not like Buhari and I also would not be voting for him. However, I also would not vote GEJ because he is an unserious candidate. I can however vote any candidate, PDP, APC or APGA at the state and lower levels who I think can deliver for me.

Igbos would have been idiotic to constrict themselves to only PDP. So, I thank God for Rochas, Ngige and others helping to build up APC in Igboland. We are big enough to be in the two major parties and take what belongs to us from both parties.

Meanwhile, on the photos below, between GEJ and GMB who Is More Clueless?

One talks economy like the illiterate he is. Does he not know that the power to control global oil price is beyond him?
The other goes to Jerusalem to solve a local problem. Does he not know that heaven helps those who help themselves first?

How did you know that? You be soldier? grin grin grin grin
Anyways, the sun might dry it up but the stain would be evident. Look at Shekau's shirt; its all blood-stained

Not even blood stains on his cloth around that area? This is definitely a dismemberment made after death when the blood has already clotted (congealed/coagulated)

He was hiding a daga in that spot... Maybe!
The dagger would more likely cut when he was alive and moving, then you will see blood. No blood suggests he was cut after death. The dagger could not have cut him that clean after death.

SLIDEwaxie: Bia OP, I can't see any pics of roads na..
a bad road is either a shifted bitumen, pto-holes-ridden tarred road, a damaged pavement and not some large area of red soil!

I concur with the govnr helping to construct a road there, cos this aint roads dude. It neva was..its a mere make-shift, a pathway.
A road is a pathway or route between two points (places) where humans and/or their vehicles move in. It is not about being paved or macadamized, although everyone prefers a paved/macadamized road than an unpaved one. How many village roads are paved in Nigeria? Stop being an educated illiterate

OneNaira6: I know I honestly this isn't his first ID. Idk if you did like me but when o first joined NL, I was curious to see what started the animosity on NL so I went through old threads. We had a black Britain, whose never been to Nigeria, know Nigeria so much he can diiferentiate tribes by names. Likewise, we had a Latino who also never been to Nigeria, associate with Nigerians know so much about Nigeria that like black Britain he also can differentiate tribes by names, regions they live and eachccity that belong to who along with language. One thing all this ID had in common, they defend Yoruba with all their might. We also had a black american that used to attack Yoruba and defend Igbo but for him, the only way I knew he really was a non Nigerian is because the dude would post non Igbo that are well famous and call them Igbo and the reason he thought they were "Igbo" is based on his own theory of face shape, color, etc of igbo. He rarely knew which cities belongs to which groups, excluding Lagos. Like your typical black American he was clueless in a lot of things regarding the country...I thought he was an Igbo too ashamed of himself until I noticed s pattern with him.

As for the other two, amazed me how non Nigerians can differentiate tribes without any help ironically, they've never been nor interacted with nigeriams except on NL. Also, like the spikes guy, they stayed on NL 24-7. I'm a member of two AA forums, majority of time I'm not on their unless it is football season. Amazing how a "non Nigerian" with no feelings to Nigeria is here 24-7 starting and conducting tribal tactics. On top of that, heclaims he lived in Nigeria fforyears now. Ironically, we have Indians, Lebanese, Chinese, even whites living inNigeria how many are here and how many are so obbessed in trying to promote a political party and leader in that party like our idea "white, non-nigerian, like you know who.

The sad thing about him is that he thinks he's fooling anyone with his "I'm not Nigerian claim".
I think I know his old monikers.

OneNaira6: See this ediot. Came to USA in 2001, born in 1992. Do the math you ediot. I've mentioned before I went to middle, high and college in USA. Or do you think your worthless, inferior, self is that important that you are acknowledged. For your information, I barely acknowledged your existence, talk less of read any of your words. Have I ever quoted you before? That Aline should point to you how I regard you. After watching you lie through your teeth how "NON NIGERIAN" you are despite it is CLEAR AS DAYLIGHT YOU ARE BLACK, AFRICAN and most specially NIGERIAN, I stopped paying to your ediotic self cause one thing I don't do is notice a Man suffering with highest low self esteem I've ever seen in my life. you are literally my definition of a sad excuse of an African. This thread illiterates you PERFECTLY hence your tantrum. Don't ever think others out here are like your lying, worthless, pathetic, man that sees himself as an inferior being.
He is a Yoruba man lying to himself and his people. What foreigner would be on a Nigerian website 2/4/7 and even taking sides with some ethnic groups against others? The guy is old, deluded and decrepit, and thinks we are as dumb as him.

PoliticsRe: Why Do Many Nigerians, Including Educated Ones, Show Inferior Mentality? by Ramnon2(op): 8:14pm On Sep 23, 2014
ISpiksDaTroof: You know you just told a damn lie. Seriously, what's with a certain section of Nigeria and eternal lies?! You "refused" to remove your accent indeed. YOU COULDNT LOSE IT! Because I use 12yrs old as a threshold, now all a sudden he's been in the United States since he was 11yrs old.

Anyway, the topic is not about African pride, so much as: What age would it be easier to blend in with the speech patterns of your hosts that you wouldn't be mistaken as a non native?
Why must an Igbo man living in America lose his accent? What is the gain in losing his accent that eludes Mexicans, other hispanics, Chinese, Indians, Russians, Germans, etc living in America with their native accents. What are you actually arguing on here?
PoliticsRe: Why Do Many Nigerians, Including Educated Ones, Show Inferior Mentality? by Ramnon2(op): 8:11pm On Sep 23, 2014
OneNaira6: The truth hurts and that's why OP is getting attacked even by the supposed "non-nigerian" that we all know is Nigerian.

OP you are correct. I've actually witnessed people disregard their African name and try to use their English middle name as their first name. When asked why? The answer is usually the same thing "so it'll be easy". I'm constantly in shock because you don't see the Arabs, Asians, Latinos, etc bend and twist to be accepted. Hell even the black Americans are not like that yet Africans, Nigerians and Ghanaians mostly, are ashamed of themselves. The Ghanaian I give them more props cause at least if they can speak their language, no matter who it is near them, they will speak their language. Nigrrians on the other hand, I swear you'll go for years without knowing the MF around you can actually speak Yoruba, Igbo, Bini, isoko, etc. It's so f2king sad and pathetic. I've literally had Nigerisns, especially Igbo parents, stare at my little sister and I, during conventions. They constantly amazed we can speak Igbo...one question I get is "how do you know how to speak our language"? And I reply "cause it's my language and my parents do not hate their culture so much and see it as a bad thing cause it's not oyinbo enough like majority of Nigerian parents in America and Nigeria do". It always ALWAYS amazes me the reason they give why they give for not teaching their children any of their culture. Actually had one parents once tell me, he didn't want his kids to learn his people's language because he didn't want his children to have an accent. I swear I had my mouth open.
Even when I land in Nigeria, immediately I'm home, you'll rarely hear me say one word in English. I actually had a neighbor once tell me literally, "she cannot understand why I'm always speaking Igbo and broken. She thought I lived in America, the rest of the ones in "obodo oyinbo" speaks English with American/British accent while I'm still acting like a village boy by speaking Igbo and broken. Don't you know you upgraded." I literally had my mouth opened when this woman told me that. Her language and the language her people made up is "inferior" while English without a Nigerian accent or at least no visible to the Nigerian audience is an "upgrade". It's pathetic. I've even been around a dude who was too ashamed to let people know he is African.

The inferiority complex among Africans is just sad. They try so hard to connect themselves to "oyinbo"
I guess in their mind, if you sound like an "oyinbo" then you are better.

I came to this country when I was 11 and till this day, my Igbo accent is very much prominent. My little sister came here when she was 7 years old and till this day, her Igbo accent is still with her. We refused in hell to remove it. The sad thing about Africans is that they don't realize their accent is a pride. It shows you're different. You are unique and to top it all off, you are multilingual.. which in fact a GOOD thing. Idk why Nigerian parents honestly believe having their children learn just English is a better option. Smh.
God bless you very abundantly.
