Yes there are many Muslims with just one wife. But if a Muslim man takes a second wife, it is expected because their religion condones it and the wife should have prepared her mind down even though he made sweet promises to her about not taking another wife.

But if i marry a Christian, I am not expecting my husband to take another wife...at all!!

come to think of it, most friends of God in Bible are polygamous! Abraham, David, Solomon.. etc, yet God loved them!

Do ladies really deserve faithful, trustworthy and straight forward guys? Of course not!
I have never seen a lady that believes the truth. Tell them u are broke, they will believe u don't want to give. Most cases, when they want A they will be saying B.

Ladies are the most selfish creature that ever walked this universe. They only protect their interest.And do not be deceived, they are all the same: small, big, old or young. They will behave the same way in the same condition. If you think your wife is loyal or faithful, remove the main thing she is getting in the union and see how fast she will dump u. Look around u, u will only see landladies, they have succeeded in killing the husband with hustling and nagging. Ladies are not even truthful to themselves, yet they want a truthful relationship.

I can see the expectations from Men and Women are quite different! Ladies expect ATM and someone that works for them so they can be comfortable. Any little things they have is strictly for them not for the family. What do they give in return? Pleasure comfort and children (their future slave).... Ladies are smarter then!. Little wonder anywhere u go, it's only the landlady that is alive!
