The very reasons why you are advised against washing raw meats are very present in the Nigerian meat markets. Infact, you can argue that it might be safer to wash meats from Costco, ASDA, WholeFoods and the rest because the meats would have been cleaned partly before you buy them.

Unfortunately, because of the unhygienic handling of meats in our markets, most of the meats will be germs ridden. Since, you will be washing these meats with only water (i.e. without disinfectant) there is a high risk that droplets of water with germs will splash and infect places in the kitchen. Getting in contact with such water droplets afterwards can be very risky.

he's not the type that is after my money, he spends and cared for me when he was still working at least I'm certain of that. I don't want to say this but then, i lived in an area where water was an issue to get, he bought kegs, and always arrange water to my house, even sometimes when I go to night shift, he will cook and bring food for me in the morning before he goes to work, he just have his way of knowing what I want at any point in time and he will get it @least to his capacity and he will never demand from me. I'm always happy to be with him.
