Nope. I am not religious at all. I've left religion a long time ago. I use my conscience now, if I see good thing I will talk, if I see bad thing I would also talk.

Even Trump himself knows there's no way Hamas will agree to every single one of the 20-point plan. It's unrealistic. Both sides have to make some concessions no matter how bitter it is for them if they want peace. And am sure President Trump will do all he can to make peace possible.

smtx:
Have you reviewed Trump's 20-point plan? Lets discuss Israel's objectives, particularly as outlined in points 4, 6, 9, and 13 of that plan.

Before we debate these goals, I want to clarify: is your perspective genuinely concerned with the well-being of ordinary Palestinians, or is it influenced by religious bias or the current trend of political correctness?
Foreign AffairsRe: Palestinians & Israelis Celebrate Ceasefire News (photos) by Razzness(m): 9:11pm On Oct 09, 2025
The fact that the war ended in negotiations means that there is no winner. They were concessions on both sides. And for the almighty Israel to make a deal with a rag tag terrorist group like Hamas is actually a win for Hamas. Do you know what it means to make a deal with a terrorist? That is not victory even for a country like Nigeria talk less of Israel that has spent billions and wasted thousands of innocent lives. In fact I never knew Hamas was a formidable opponent for Isreal until now. I mean 2 years of war and Israel with all its military might and at the end just to end up at negotiations table. Oya Release our hostages let us release your own 🫣
Wickedlywicked:
So says our distinguished Nairaland international war and security analyst and expert grin grin grin
No sir, since we all know which side needs this peace talk badly and most, and the party that was being begged, blackmailed with committing genocide and even being threatened for not backing down on its resolve to annihilate the other party, it's safe to conclude that this very party is the clear winner since the peacetalk is even being discussed on his terms.😂 Was it even a war in the first place? It was a one-sided and unfair onslaught that shouldn't have happened. The funny part is that the US even presented it in a threatening manner, ordering Hamas to either agree to the terms or watch the US fold its arms watching Israel deal with them whichever way they so wished. That doesn't sound like a loss to me and every reasonable person, my friendgrin
Someone just told you to accept an offer or he would leave your adversary alone to deal with you however way he wants and you called that a loss for the enemy? 😂😂 C'mon bro, you are wiser than this.
Foreign AffairsRe: Palestinians & Israelis Celebrate Ceasefire News (photos) by Razzness(m): 6:01pm On Oct 09, 2025
The bottom line is simple, isreal couldn't accomplish any of its goal. They couldn't defeat Hamas, They couldn't get the hostages back on their own, they couldn't fight Iran in a 1 v 1 fight, without the US of course. Iran nuclear program is very much alive, in fact this time around has banned IAEA inspection of their nuclear facilities which was not so before isreal attacked.

cry
Like I said earlier, stop crying genocide and let the two parties fight it out in an all-out war fashion. You can't call it a war when all you do is to play the victim card while demonizing only one party. They would surely get the hostages if you weren't crying while blackmailing them with your daily "genocide" claims and if the woke west weren't mounting pressure on them. I'm not supporting either party but it's very wrong to turn a blind eye on one party while calling for help for the other. All of you are pretending like the Jews who are held hostage and those killed aren't humans like you and the Palestinians, ohh, or is it because they aren't Muslims or Arabs?. Right from the start of the war, the message had always been that Hamas should release the hostages to have a lasting peace but none of you ever pressured them to release the. I love the fact that Israel spoke to them in the language they best understood grin
I won't call it a war, it was Israeli complete annihilation and occupation of Gaza and Iran, and it's a big victory for Israel as they used the opportunity to echo a message to Iran (esp) that a Jew's life isn't something to play with. Now Iran and Ayattollah Don mellow down; almost all of Hamas' heirrachy have been sent to meet their Vs. That's enough statement that you shouldn't start what you can't finish. We all know that Oct 7 was a golden opportunity for Israel to carry out its evil intention on Hamas and Gaza because it was only a pretext but this wouldn't have worked if Hamas had been wise enough to not walk straight into the trap. With that little but deadly mistake, Hezbollah is gone, Hamas is now irrecoverable, Houthis are now in disarray and Iran, their master is now living in regret. Some wars are better not fought as the parties involved in it end up showing their weaknesses to the whole wide world--now everyone knows about how porous the Iranian skies are and how weak and crippled Iran can be once you eliminate its proxies. The world now knows which country can precisely get its targets from anywhere in the world and that one particular country that just sprays and prays, hoping to hit something😂😂😂
Foreign AffairsRe: Palestinians & Israelis Celebrate Ceasefire News (photos) by Razzness(m): 3:53pm On Oct 09, 2025
grin grin grin. You think it's because people are saying genocide thats why Isreal agree to a deal. Isreal wey dey heartless. They simply realized their method wasn't working. After 2 years of war they had nothing to show for it aside from the destruction of Gaza. They didn't get the hostages back, they didn't defeat Hamas, they've lost much of the public support they had. The final nail came when they attacked Qatar which made Trump angry. So at the end of the day their only viable choice was to make a peace deal with the same Hamas.
Wickedlywicked:
Yes, they couldn't annihilate Hamas totally because you and many other Muslims around the world were weeping and crying about genocide grin It's even erroneous to call it a war because it was so one-sided. The proper description should be Israeli occupation of Gaza and Iran. Please next time, don't cry for anybody, let the two parties fight it out and let nobody disturb our hearing with genocide cries🙏🙏🙏
Foreign AffairsRe: Hamas To Exchange 20 Israeli Captives With 2000 Palestinian Hostages Held By Isr by Razzness(m): 2:20pm On Oct 09, 2025
Hamas is actually the ones that achieved what they set out for (I don't support their atrocities though). They brought the attention of the world to the suffering the Palestinians because before Oct 7 many people didn't care like they do today. Isreal suffered irreparable damage to their reputation for their cruelty. Over 90% of countries now recognize Palestinian statehood. And technically Hamas never lost the war because at the end of the day the war ended with a deal for both sides.

tctrills:
Do you even know the meaning of hostage? If you don't know, ask someone before embarrassing yourself.
Anyway you see that the value of 1 Israeli liife is worth 10 Hamas lives.
Hamas has lost everything they claimed to be fighting for.

grin grin grin. Not at all. The news of peace sweet me well well. I just don't like the idea that a country that killed over 60,000 people, starved and displaced millions should be called winners. There is no victory in cruelty.

Peace is always a welcome development. There is no winner here. The war ended in negotiations and concessions from both sides.

Peace at last. At least the terrorists have learnt their bitter lesson. Hamas will be out of governance of Gaza and will finally be done away with. Israel is the undisputed winner here. Congratulations to Israel!!!

We all know the particular group of people who are trying to push this agenda. They've never resonated with the idea of one Nigeria so they seize every opportunity to play victims. They want to use it to gain foreign interest and push for their main agenda for an independent Republic (which am not against by the way).

Yes. There is serious insecurity problem in Nigeria. IPOB members in Owerri, Onistsha have killed an astronomical amount of hausa people in those areas (I personally know 2 victims). Bandits have ransacked entire villages in Katsina, Zamfara, Sokoto, Kebbi and killed scores of Muslims. At the peak of Boko haram 95% of those that lost their lifes and homes were Muslims indigenous to Borno. In Kano bomb exploded in mosques, market places, and motor parks. Yet you are here pushing the agenda of Christian genocide. If you see genocide you no go Know? I know many Christians have died but so too have Muslims. We have a toothless Military and police systems that have turn to political parties. That is where the real problem is..

After running out of talking points, you believe it’s time to beg me. 🤣

I didn’t mention anything about r a c e. But you did.

The ancestors didn’t become claves because of any reason but for the fact that their culture didn’t provide the necessary tools to survive the SUPERIOR culture of the West. No west African or Central African tribe had a working alphabet or numerical system even up till today. Something the Chinese, English, Egyptians, Inca, Arab, Romans, Spanish, etc had more than 4000 years ago. 😅 Yet you don’t think they are superior.

I’m glad that you are including the a r a b s in your agree ment that they too are rampaged through Africa.

You think superiority comes by taking a stand to “believe” in the superiority? 😅 Just as how you think that Hamas has survived today because of their “willingness” to survived. When in truth, it is because of the leniency and peaceful culture of the Israelis.

You need to wake up o. No race is superior to another. That sort of thinking is what made our ancestors Slaves. How can you as a black man even reason like this. It's very sad.

What the Arabs and Europeans did to us you think it has not halted our development. You think we were not developed before they came? We didn't have medicine, we didnt have art?

400 years of transatlantic slavery and you think it will not affect the growth of the continent. Over 2 million slaves taken to Arabia and you think it will not affect us?

They created arbitrary borders, created countries and forced people who could not coexist to live together whether they like it or not and you are here worshiping this people. I no go lie for you e dey pain me say my fellow black man dey reason like this.

It has proven superior as no none of these modern day solutions has been produced by African local culture or those Middle East r3l!g!on.

Disliking something shouldn’t necessarily make one lie against it. Their culture is proven superior.

I have not mentioned bible in any of my argument here. So that is purely your own assumption.

Aside from the bible, we have history from thousands of years ago. If isreealis are not the owners of the land then where are the Israelis located on earth today?

And if you don't believe the Bible you will believe the Quaran if you are a Muslim. Palestine was never mentioned in the Quran but Israel was mentioned severally. What does that tell you about the history of the two?

Foreign AffairsRe: Hamas’s De Facto Leader In The Gaza Strip Rejects US Peace Plan by Razzness(m): 2:26pm On Oct 03, 2025
If you think I support a terrorist group invading a country killing over 1,000 people in the most horrific and taunting manner as Hamas did you are grossly mistaken. But also if you don't see the scale of destruction, starvation and disproportionate use of force by the Isreali government then there is not much conversation to be had. Because the only explanation would be that you are deliberately refusing to see it or that you are just supporting Israel because the Bible told you to do so.
Wickedlywicked:
Thanks for this, it shows you are open to learning. You claimed that Israel defeated Hamas in less than a week after Oct 7 but how aren’t you seeing how wrong you sound?
How can you claim to defeat someone who still has your relatives in captivity?
The message and instruction is simple and clear, release the hostages taken and the war would be over. Why is that so hard for Hamas to comply with? Why are we all pretending like it’s not human beings that are held in Hamas’ captivity for almost two years now? Why are we pretending like it’s okay when Hamas kill Israeli civilians but becomes wrong when Israeli military kill Palestinian civilians (collateral casualties) in their effort to catch Hamas who are using them as shields? C’mon, those Israeli killed in Oct 7 and the ones still being held hostage are humans just like you and the Palestinians; they had their own dreams, aspirations, ambitions and futures just like you and I and the Palestinians you are fighting for. What was the sin of that Tanzanian kids that was killed like a dog by Hamas on the street of Israel on Oct 7? Why do you lots tend to be this selectively biased and pretending like it’s all normal? To think you are even African makes it even worse and sad. Again I ask, what was that Tanzanian boy’s sin? Was he also a Jewish infidel? Oh, you mean his life meant nothing since he wasn’t a Palestinian Arab/Muslim?
Many of us won’t be complaining this bitterly if : 1. You are not being biased by condemning both parties for killing and kidnapping and 2: if Hamas had been targeting only equally armed men like themselves.
So tell me, are you saying Hamas can kill an unarmed Jew at will but it becomes a genocide when Israeli forces do the same despite the fact that theirs (Israelis) are even a bit better because their primary targets aren’t always those innocent Palestinians since the deaths caused by Israel are mostly as a result of mistakes since Hamas think the best way to protect themselves is by living in the midst of innocent civilians.
Let me break it down a little more and I would like you to be the judge yourself.
The first party love to intentionally avoid armed counterparts to go after unarmed civilians while the other party enjoys going after armed fighters but heavy civilian deaths are recorded because those armed fighters love using the unarmed civilians as shields to protect themselves but as it stands today, many ‘woke’ people want us to pity the former while condemning the actions of the later for killing civilians while trying to get their targets.
This emotional blackmail isn’t working and will never work on us. We will start taking you seriously when you start condemning both parties equally!
Foreign AffairsRe: Hamas’s De Facto Leader In The Gaza Strip Rejects US Peace Plan by Razzness(m): 1:36pm On Oct 03, 2025
I didn't want to respond to you before. But the part where you said their language and religion is superior to our na em pain me. Which kind slave mentality be that.
Helinuse:
🤣🤣🤣

Oh dear, it’s difficult being in the shoes of one thing so hard to make the Arabs look nice while making the West look bad.

They left their language and culture intact not because there was not clave trade but because the character of the conquerors (the West) was shaped by their religion and need for commerce.

Their religion gave us the freedom to choose acceptance or rejection unlike what the Arabs presented to North Africa.
Their culture (language, traditions, style, proved to be more superior and showed prospect for growth, that is why a lot of people accepted it and it was never forced on anyone. Unlike the Arabs and Northern Africa/Nigeria.

And those who took it were proven right. Arabic and the local languages have proven not to be able to complement the fast paced growth of human civilization. The growth of Arabic stopped where the expansionist from the Middle East stopped. But English is still growing up till today.

So when Boko haram were gaining territories in Borno state. The federal government should have carpet bomb the whole of Borno state including civilians going about their daily lives.

I refuse to believe that Israel that has one of the most sophisticated military in the world cannot flush out Hamas from their tunnels without killing off an entire population. Isreal can be very very presice when it comes to their attacks in Lebanon, Syria, Iran and even in Qatar. They always know where their enemies are.

But when it comes to Gaza, they suddenly turn to Nigerian police and act as if they don't know what they are doing. Their goal is simple, they want the land. It's not rocket science.

Iamzik:
After October 7 there is no more distinction between hamas and Palestinians

Are hamas members from a different planet? Are they not from the same Palestinian population? What are you saying sef?

Chief if you call for an election in Gaza today. Palestinians will vote for Hamas again so what are you talking about?

Where were those so called Palestinians when hamas was building tunnel and bomb under their schools and hospitals?

Sentiment and victim mentality does not win wars. In war there are no emotions ...If you launch a rocket at me from a hospital then the hospital becomes a legitimate target.

If you love these Palestinians so much you will advice them to release the Israeli hostages because without doing that isreal will have a legitimate excuse to overrun Gaza.

It is stupid to pick a fight you cannot win
Foreign AffairsRe: Hamas’s De Facto Leader In The Gaza Strip Rejects US Peace Plan by Razzness(m): 7:00am On Oct 03, 2025
Dey decieve yourself if you can't make the distinction between Palestinians and Hamas. Gaza is a city of about 2.1 million people while Hamas is terrorists organization of less than 50,000. Yet somehow you people can't seem to see that there are 2 million other people in Gaza with no hospitals, no schools, no food, no water, or even the most basic human need. But you rather support Israel because the Bible said so.
Iamzik:
They are not brave. They are stupid, plain and simple.

It is stupidity and foolishness to start a battle you can never win. Shouting genocide upandan will not help them. Release hostages, No. Peace deal, No. Disarm, No. They said they want to destroy Israel and make Jerusalem their capital....an absolute pipe dream in this life and the life to come.

Israel defeated Hamas in less than a week after October 7. Since then the war became one sided. What Israel has mostly been doing since in demolition and making sure the people of Gaza do not see food or water. All this in an attempt to force the people of Gaza to leave the place. But the Gazans have stood firm and would rather die on their land than live as refugees in other countries. If say na black people, e sure me die say all of us for don run leave the land for them since. E no go even reach 2 days.
