Biafra is a pipe dream, sold to people who can't see past their noses. Any body with half a brain knows this. Biafra can never be achieved through force, the civil war proved this. it can never be by a referendum, they simply don't have the numbers or support of other southerners. It can never be through constitutional amendment, because the Igbo senators and representatives do not have the political pool to achieve this. More importantly, the international community will never support Biafran, because breaking away from a sovereign country with recognized borders is against international law.

And again let's be real, the biafrans don't just want to form a country with only the six Igbo states, they also want to include other southern states such as Bayelsa, Delta, Rivers and other oil producing States. There is no way the Nigerian government will ever give those states up because they are central to the country's economy.

So anybody wey dey do agitations, do am small small because if them sentence you to life in prison, none of the people wey dey ginger you go follow you do time.

I don't hate him at all, infact I admire his bravery and refusal to be intimidated. But that doesn't change the fact that he was fighting battle that was lost even before it began.

This is very heartbreaking. I find it ridiculous that there are people who are hell bent on making us believe that there is a Christian genocide in Nigeria when the people who have suffered the heaviest loss of lives and properties in Nigeria are Muslims.

Strength that couldn't defeat a ragtag terror group like Hamas. They are still in power today in Gaza and they have not demiliterized. You think Isreal wanted to negotiate with Hamas, they had no choice. Sometimes military action can only get you so far, but it is only through dialogue that you can achieve our lasting peace. It is a difficult pill to swallow, but a necessary one.

There is no country in the world that has successfully dealt with terrorism without some form of negotiations, amnesty and room for rehabilitation. It is a painful pill to swallow, but a necessary one.

The US didn't defeat Taliban in Afghanistan after 20 years of fighting, Isreal too didn't defeat Hamas, because they are still in power in Gaza and have not demiliterized.

I know people are quick to point out that terrorists should not be negotiated with. But the truth is that sometimes negotiations and amnesty can defeat terroristm even more effectively than through endless fight. Even isreal had to negotiate with Hamas after 2 long years. Another case is Naija delta militants, without amnesty the fight would probably not have ended.
