I have been using them since 2015. No issue

As you see below..
opening an account with them is PRETTY hard..
only few people have been able to do so so far..

AND its only those who went straight to their fbn capital office or registered through emailing customer service.

myself, i ran from them after waiting one month!

FBN is the best for Treasury Bills, its sweeter than honey.
FBN is the worst for Mutual Funds, MMF.

StanbicIBTC is the best for Mutual Funds, MMF.
StanbicIBTC is the worst for Treasury Bills, you will regret why you even think of investing in TB with them.

Stanbic has simplified procedures that makes it easy for many people to transact with from their homes or offices.

I guess that's the reason why. I did everything in my own case online. I sent mails and tweet to their Twitter handle for support when necessary. This solves all my queries in most cases

am just saying .. Lets not over-work ibtc with our overcrowding mentality.

it only takes ONE MISTAKE OR GREED by a staff to bring down a fund. A tired and weary staff is a likely candidate for both.

ARM, INVESTMENT ONE, FIRST BANK CAPITAL.. All give similar service, with nearly same profits.

...my million dollar thought.

(maybe next year i will open an account with ARM or Investment-ONE just to be safe)

Open a Stanbic IBTC Money Market Mutual Fund for him/her. You wont regret it. While T/Bills are currently 15-16%, Stanbic MMF is currently 17.49% even as at today. And you stand the chance to benefit from compounded returns. Just my opinion, because it is working for me.

while you can leave money in mmfund for 10 years and it will keep compounding interests with no work from you;

TBills requires yearly renewal which may not be convenient at the time of maturity.

stanbic ibtc or FIRST bank mmfund will do

I added another N100,000 to my already existing N100,000 MMF in Stanbic since Thursday and it has not reflected in my E account. I still see N100,000 as my total investment. I went to the branch ( Bright Street Onitsha) to complain on Friday and they assured me it will be done that same day. Today I checked online and I saw it has not been done. Anybody working with Stanbic should send my message to the Head of Operations of Bright street branch that she must pay my accrued interest for Fri, Sat and Sunday because I am coming to collect my money since they have refused to invest it. I transfer N100,000 from my Union Bank account into their MMF account and they collected all evidence of deposit into the said account and refused to add to my already existing N100,00. I am boiling now as I feel defrauded.

oga.. You used manual method instead of online topup..its slower man..they have to confirm your transfer etc.. IT TAKES 48 WORKING HOURS..you hav only waited 24hrs
