Now they a approving another over 100% of recurrent expenditure to the same defence.

Now they are owing them november salary and telling them that no pay till january ending...!!

For 4 months I went through 4 interviews for one job. I eventually declined the offer. Here's why:

I had planned to quit my former workplace for the job.

I applied and was very excited when i was called to come in for an interview. Little did I know that I would be interviewed 3 more times over a period of 5 months.

At the first interview, the three people that interviewed me didn't care that I had any experience or skills, they were more concerned about paying me less than standards.

most times one is too excited to think about the poor recriutment process when get the employment offer.

however i wish i knew this last year. My current place is proof that THIS INFO TRUE!

am looking for quick liferaft off their ship!

One thing i have come to realize about unemployment in Nigeria:

there are "plenty" jobs!
But people only want "good" jobs..

that type thats in their heads as described by their parents or as they see some other persons occupying.

That is why NPower came and they call it "stipends".. Lol.. (how much is civil servants level 7/8 pay)

you are earning ZERO KOBO, you see a 30k job and you say its "peanuts"..

But you are begging your relations for money for SOAP, HAIR CREAM, transport and general upkeep..

Magic & luck can send you from no job & no experience to a 150k+ job but when the magic fades..can you get another "better" one easily?

so many business owners are complaining about staff attitudes, yet those same staff once BEGGED to APPLY for the jobs!
