ImperialYoruba: We are proud to be at ONE with our homeland and ancestral space and we are not ashamed to stay in that space from birth to death. We must hoard our political offices and lock out people with lost ancestry, people who forgot where their home and origin is and each time they are reminded the way home they get upset and bitter and put pen to paper to condemn and dishonor our magnanimity.
They complain about paying tax and not getting recognition....heck, go pay tax in your ancestral home and get recognition there in Biafra. TKO

JimiOgunlola: As a yoruba christian, I really envy Ibos, I wish we had an unbribeable, unrelenting Nnamdi Kanu who can never sell his people for political power like Jagabandit and co. Collynzo, Its really cool to be jobless on your side, you hate Yorubas and still spend most of your life online pretending to be one. Is it now a shame to be Ibo? PhilemonObende, ArodeTsolaye, SegunAdewole, MirabelArode, TsolayeArode, AdebayoTunji, TunjiAdebayo, AkinEgba, Ooni, TundeSalam and now JimiOgunlola. Stop wasting your life away on nairaland, you will later blame Yorubas for your own misfortune. |

YourNemesis: If you support Oduduwa 100% then start acting like it. Igbos and Yorubas are not bedmates or friends, We are only tolerating them, they are also barely tolerating us. I believe you live in a Lagos bubble and that is why you are not seeing things clearly. You seem not to be a fan of Hausa-Fulani, that is fine.....cause I am not one either, but these Igbos you are trying to romance are their own people, You have to start realizing that Nigeria is a place where every man looks after his kinsmen FIRST before any other person even comes into the line of sight. That is why Buhari's lopsided appointments shouldn't come as a surprise to any versed Nigerian. The reason Nigeria is not working is Not because Buhari is in power, but because of the fundamental nature of Nigeria itself. You see all the recent calls for restructuring the country or regionalism right? Even Soyinka said a few days ago that the sovereignty of Nigeria is negotiable. More people are beginning to realize where the real problem lies. It isn't about Buhari, PDP, Jonathan or APC, but rather about the very idea of Yorubas, Igbos and Hausas living together (or deceiving themselves) as nationals of the same country. The least progressive existential form is the three blocs existing independently in some kind of autonomous region. Anything other that is tantamount to stagnation or even regression. Anyways, that is that. God bless you again for saying my mind. |

YourNemesis: Guy this your desperation seeking for Igbobo approval is nauseating. The earlier you realize Igobos and Yorubas don't share the same destiny, the better for you and your likes. It is even funny that you know that the animosity between both tribes is present and increasing (no thanks to the people you are trying to romance), Yet you are here trying to sound like a "Southern Nigeria pacifist"
They said they want out of Nigeria , as Republic of Biafra or Republic of Igboland or whatever. So you better start looking out for your own interests and that of your people instead of trying to form one stupid familiarity. WHEN WILL YOU START TALKING ABOUT YORUBALAND, ODUDUWA REPUBLIC, OR HOW WE CAN SECURE OUR INTERESTS IN A "NIGERIA"? God bless you. The best thing for both tribe is to mind each others business, make everyone bear him papa name. We have nothing in common Pre Nigeria and still have nothing in common till now, I dont hate them but we are better apart. Yoruba first before anything including any f.ucking religion, call me tribalist or anything. I dont care. |

Reminez: I am an OSU IBO from Ebonyi . Our fellow red mudders often say we are not true gullibos because our head is not as flat as theirs . We are not angered by this because we know as OSU and second class ,we cannot compare ourselves with the true and unadulterated ibos from Anambra who are descendants of NRI and thus are the only authentic and alpha IBO's . Our destiny is to lick the butt of the Nigerdeltans like leeches that we are so that we can steal their resources and sea for the first class IBO's in Anambra who are not Second class like us . Our second destiny is to curse the Yorubas because they made our land barren and unproductive . They use juju to drag us to Yoruba land . They also use their juju to make the dynamites that we want to use to blow Niger bridge that connects us to them not to work . We will not take it !!! The zoo must fall !! Lmaoooooo

MosakuAW: Can you see your foolishness! What has Yoruba or your tribal nonsense got to do with my comment. Ode.
If you read my post very well, you will know i condem their disturbance on the road called 'Presidential Convoy' and not your foolish comment above.
Just because i did not mention GEJ own abi. I have never been to Bayelsa nor see Jonathan's convoy. I only typed what i know and the video i saw now.
Modify*: You have 4 topic posted on nairaland since you joined in May 2016 and out of the 4 topics, 3 are tribe issues. Now i see where your foolishness began from. Ewu The malnourished kid is frustrated, reason he cant do without blaming Yoruba for his family problems. I pity the boy cos he might just commit suicide soon. May his soul rest well. |
Politics › Re: Buhari Sacks Kachikwu As GMD Of NNPC by reborn1: 7:48pm On Jul 04, 2016 |
Wallade: Combining the duties of minister of state for petroleum resources and GMD of NNPC was an anomaly ab-initio. It is a lot of responsibility for Ibe Kachikwu and it is also a control issue.
Combining such offices could compromise the system if the minister choose to be corrupt. For the purpose of control cheques and balances, the persons administering the both offices should be separated.
However, this is not a sack. Ibe should be relieved. God bless you. Henceforth, I will never argue on this forum cos it has been populated by kids and dumb illiterates blinded by hate and tribalism. I weep for Nigerian youths. |
