How do you deal with being chronically sad?
How do you deal with it when you feel your life is crumbling?
How do you deal with feeling of hopelessness?
How do you deal with the anger and pain?
How do you deal with the memories of all the disappointments and the betrayal?
How do you deal with the frustration?

In a nut shell how do you deal with DEPRESSION?

How can you save a friend from depression?
How can you save someone from giving up on life and letting them see there is always light at the end of the tunnel.
How will you convince someone things are going to be alright?

Am just seriously tired of this life to be honest, suicide keep coming, sometimes i ask myself if i ever ask anybody to create me. Why create me and put me into hardship, where there are people who have never experience suffering in their life, what kind of rubbish formation is this life like for real, its just so foolish and i am just angry for no reason.

no love life
no achievements
just being miserable and have tried every fucking thing, is this how its going to continue? hopefully one day i can just end it all and forget all this deep thinking every hour
