I also think we need size in the team. We should intentionally scout for tall players. That's what gives teams like the USA an advantage

She was cleared to play for Nigeria as a naturalized Nigerian last year, just before the Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. She should not wait until Camping starts for the World Cup in Australia later in the year, before she starts looking for a way into the Squad. Many USA born Nigerian ladies will be eyeing a spot in D'tigress roster for this year's FIBA Women's World Cup. Hmn.

The idea of a better life abroad is an illusion. You will be chasing your tail until before you know it you are old and start missing Nigeria and the warm weather and food and familiar faces and no racism terribly.

Let me add a disclaimer. Not saying life in Nigeria is better or for anyone not to travel, but that either way we as Nigerians or Africans are in serious trouble because home and abroad there is no easy life anywhere for us and you can take that to the bank.

Why don't you try it out yourself and see? The cow milk you all admire has stuff added it to it to make it sweet and tasty in your mouth. The natural cow milk is not sweet at all. They have added flavors and other chemicals to make cowbell, Dano, peak milk etc tasty and drinkable. Plant based milk can be flavored and sugared too for garri drinking.

@nedekid, let me school you today. Plant based milk is better than cow milk. Milk can be gotten from Plants too. I am a researcher when it comes to Plant based milk and alternative sources of vegetable oil. It is just that the food companies promote cow milk more than other kinds of milk. Milk from cowpea is nutritious and healthy. Milk can be gotten from bambara nuts ( legume ) and Soya beans too. It is all about being knowledgeable about these things. Cheers.

Knowledge is Power. Use local alternative milk sources. Get dried cocoa beans and make your own 'my Vita chocolate drink ' . Plant based Milk can be gotten from Cowpea etc.

It depends on the city, state or Town you are schooling in. Food prices vary across Nigeria. If you are schooling in Benue, Taraba or Nasarrawa States, food stuff should be cheaper for you. Even in Ibadan, food stuff is cheaper than in Lagos. Cheers.

@op, Saki has very fertile land for agriculture. Don't see the place as a bad area. You should be able to secure land to plant cereals especially Sorghum, Maize and Millet. These 3 grain crops can grow on any soil without much water. You can sell the grains at the markets in Ibadan. You can also buy cheap cassava, fruits and vegetables in Saki and adjoining areas and sell in Ibadan. Think deeply. Move your family there and go into agriculture. Does Saki have a Post Office? Of all the guys we took to the Olympics, only Precious is a regular starter this season... Metu and Okogie have started a few..Gabe also starts when the main guys are out.. Nwora is getting some minutes... KZ is getting fewer... Oni hardly plays, and Okafor doesn't even have a team now...

We have to present a much better squad for the world cup if we make it...
