Like I asked earlier before, can you compare what is happening now with what was obtained in the past 3 tenures? You and I will agree that Ibadan used to ne one of the dirtiest city, if not the dirtiest, in Nigeria and a place where anything goes. If you want to see disorderliness, then come to Ib city. This is gradually changing now. There is still much more to do. I talked about empowering the country sides for economic advancement which is what I am stil canvassing for. We want to see an Oyo State become one of the industrial hub of the nation. I want to see an Oyo State where practical mechanized farming is majorly the people's profession. I want to see an Oyo State where its people are technically empowered. All these were what great Sage did at his time and we haven't seen much at all, so we are canvassing for more. We haven't gotten there but we weren't where we were some years back.

How many technicians do you think should work on average with one engineer? That is the number of technicians that should be getting out of vocational schools for every engineering graduate for meaningful productivity. You need to find out what Germany, France etc are doing about quality vocational education & apprenticeship. Small time we will complain that a white technician is our expatriate boss in Nigeria.

Chairman, if other governors in the past had done what he is doing now, we won't be talking about urban-renewal again. Change is gradual and we have not gotten anywhere, but we aren't where we were even past governors left office. London wasn't built within 4 years at all, and he can't do everything within 8 years, in case he gets re-elected, but his successor won't want to fall below standard of how governance is meant to be.

The city wasn't well planned as such but as time goes by, things will start taking good form.
If rural-urbanization is being inculcated in our country, the pressure of rural-urban migration would be reduced. Not many people like city life as such, but when there is nothing to write about in the country-sides, what do you expect?
The way to actualizing a the grand piece of a well-planned Ibadan city is population de-pressure via rural urbanization, and economic uplift.
If our agricultural sector gets revamped and given first class mechanisation, much opportunities will abound in these small towns and mini cities, hence reduction in population of the cities.
We are getting there though but we aren't where we were 3 years ago. Ibadan of 2010 is different from Ibadan of 2013.

Yes, Australian system works differently from ours unlike the UK system, which we practice here. Due to your additional preference, I don't think UK can offer you that, bearing in mind their not-smiling policy for international students. I will advice you to try other schools, not the high-ranking ones though. In my case, the one I applied to told me the same thing and never even gave options of augmenting it with a B.Sc like yours before I got offered an MSc by another institution. I won't really advice that you go for BSc again, unless you have the money to spend. Just try another school.

I am not too sure of the fee for your program at any college, bit search online. Try look for Regional TAFE colleges, cos they might be cheaper than the ones in the city. Just use google to check for them.

Though you didn't quote me, your question was directed to me indirectlyn thus I will answer.
I got the Flinders offer on May 1, but the decision had been made since April 17, as was stated on their letter. I applied in early February to the 2 schools. Uni of Ballarat gave me their offer in March and I received their letter on April 13.
