Family › Re: My Mum Is Too Harsh; Help! by redsun(m): 2:57am On May 12, 2007
It's more like a concept for parents to be harsh in africa and in almost all cases, they do it for love and like every other thing,it will change with time.

Colour is just a word,it is man made, english,it is just a name,it's not the real thing, rename it.
Business › Re: Why Are Major Oil Companies In Nigeria Controlled By Yorubas And Hausas? by redsun(m): 2:09am On May 12, 2007
Nigeria under normal circustances  should be about 3 countries due to  the apparant diversity but now that we are together,we have to find a unifying factor that will hold us strongly together and the oil would have been because you get such enormous revenue from oil that it would have been more than enough to develop the whole country, there got to be a method,a vision for the benefit of all, accountability,it's either you are honest,or you go to jail.
Christianity Etc › Re: Are Nigerians Truly Religious Or Mere Pretenders? by redsun(m): 1:20am On May 12, 2007
Religion is a way of life, you got to be the propagator,it is not something some body teaches you like you have in africa,it is a way you connect to what is,everything that makes sense, your whole being in relation to everything. What we have in africa as religion is mere indoctrination, people don't understand what they believe in because they are not intuned to it,you got to be the one that is for you to be,just like Christ.

Havn't you heard of FELA [ITT]international thief thief, how the multinationals appoint one nigerian useless chief as a figure head to run their businnesses, meanwhile the real policy makers are the big heads over seas, people like BP chairman brown that was sacked recently for perjury, these guys earn more 20 million pounds annually.Until we as a people begin to control our affairs in-toto,from exploration to marketing and even distribution of the revenue,we are going to remain poor and unfulfilled.Life is chemistry, just get the formular right, then you solve the problem.

There is no need for infighting about this, every black person is the same i don't care weather you are aboriginal australian, dalits of asia, african american, caribean or wherever you are, we all have common problems and drives, trying to beat the odds,we can never be whites,we are blacks,so the best thing is to unite with a common goal to overcome, just like the jews, wherever they are in the world they identify with isreal. It is not not about where you are from and when you started but where you are heading, there is always a starting point, that's what matter, every civilization precedes the other,it never stops.Knowledge is POWER.this is the time,so ride on.

Whiteman hijacked this things as usual for themselves, they don't do it for the interest of africans, like the last poster said,it's time we as a people take control of  our destiny not to leave it in the hands of some unpatriotic politicians and ever greedy whiteman.

We have alot to learn as a people, this is just the beginning because you can't build a house without a foundation,if you do, you will get disaster just like what is happening in africa today, people try to run without walking first,we got to understand the fundamentals, the building blocks of life, the basics, for us to understand the real thing, then you don't need to tell a politician that he or she has to do the right because he will know that the concept of humanity is original  positive legacy not FOLLOW FOLLOW according to legendary FELA.

I can't wait to visit the site, this is the kind of story that we should be exploring as a people,it gives us a platform that we lost to colonization and indoctrination to work on.According to the vague oral history of my place somewhere in Delta ibo land,my founding ancestors migrated from Egypt,it is more like a myth, but it could be true,we have a dynasty that can be traced back to over 800 years, that i know it's true because the dynasty still exist today.

Hail you,@Mickel x,that's just the answer, you got it right, work it yourself, for one to be a graduate, you have to be an independent thinker to an extent, especially when you are in the feild of IT that is open to exploitation if you know what you are doing.BILL GATE,is a university dropout.

@naijaking1,tell them, although talking sometimes is like pouring water on a stone, you can.t change people that are not ready to change, change comes from within, you got to understand it for you to go for it.Imagine FELA spending a lifetime taking, nobody seems to listen, now FEMI is there the same thing is happening. The only person they want to listen to is the one that is lying to them like chris okotie, keep making them feel sinful as if they killed Jesus, sin and morality is relative,it is man made and it's subject to adjustment.Your sins are forgiven, forgive yourself.
Business › Re: Are You Interested In Cassava Farming/Farming In General? by redsun(m): 1:06pm On May 10, 2007
@ajanimike,i am highly interested in agriculture especially cassava farming and livestock crossbreeding but i want to be in the country first so that i can practically be a part of it,those are the unchartted oppurtunities we have in africa.Imagine obasanjo bringing farmers from zimbabwe to recolonize our land when we have all those school of agriculture,it is just annoyingly amazing, anyway, ajanimike,i got your contact,i will keep in touch. Moreover,i have got massive unused fertile land in delta part of the country[east delta] peaceful and unpolluted area, unlike the riverine part that has been destroyed by the oil companies and thier counterparts, unfortunate,i feel the pain of my people over there,it's quite partetic.
Politics › Re: Okotie Speaks On Relationship With Satan by redsun(m): 7:22pm On May 06, 2007
Religion is the opium of the masses, vulnerable people fall prey to any thing that can uplift them, meanwhile, the upliftment is in thier hands, all they need to do is understand how it works and go for it.It is either you live or you die and if you must live, you got to work it out, there is no blackboard on earth that says this is how it should be,every thing we have today is man made apart from nature, and everything we are going to have tomorrow is stlill gonna be made by man.We got to chart our own world by understanding the basic principle of nature,GRAVITY.IF YOU CAN'T HOLD ON YOU FALL.
Politics › Re: A Letter From Prof Pat Utomi by redsun(m): 6:58pm On May 06, 2007
Change comes to those that wants it,you can't change people that are not ready to change, the people got to understand what change is all about, that it is their right to live happily in their country and go for it,so that when they see a corrupt official, instead of giving chieftancy title,he should be stoned.Politicians are servants not masters, they are there to serve the people not to loot.
Politics › Re: CBN Bill Bans Spraying Of Naira Notes by redsun(m): 11:38am On May 06, 2007
It is a brilliant idea, money is for investment not for throwing around in parties, those are cultures we need to change,to begin to see money as means to an end,not an end itself, money is just a printed paper by itself,it's nothing, its real value lies in the resources and the brain power behind it.
TV/Movies › Re: Ini Edo Banned For 1 Year? by redsun(m): 11:15am On May 06, 2007
Culture is a way of life,it's dynamic,it flows with time and the time is 21st century so we got to adjust our ways of life to the present,we can't live in the past,it's virtually imppossible,so if any body chooses to go naked on the street, that is the person's choice as long as he or she is not hurting no body,Our greatest sin as a people is just corruption and mismanagement, that is what we need to address not a pretty talented girl that wants to make the best of her life.We got to open our eyes to see the dynamism of life, one thing leads to another, connectivity.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder,we all see it diffrently based on our choices and concepts, not just the physical beauty but manners as well. The most beautiful thing in a person is the usefulness.

Fashion/Clothing Market › Re: Prices Of Clothes In Nigeria by redsun(m): 4:45pm On May 05, 2007
I am  thinking of redesigning african wears to make it more flexible and casual for day to day activities. Most of the african wears we have now are too ceremonial and regal for physical activities, and most of all,it has to be affordable. We don't need to import cloths in africa,if we can make use of what we have there,we have to make cloths to suite the weather.

Politics › Accountable Tax System In Nigeria by redsun(op): 11:34am On May 05, 2007
Accountable tax system will go a long way in elevating the people's standard,it is not a situation where the money paid by few tax payers are been syphoned by the officials but a situation where every body pays as they earn and in return the revenue will be properly use for services to the people. It is like a circle, give and take that never stops, countries like united kingdom depends mostly on tax to run the system and the people are glad to pay for the services they get,you don't pay,you don't get.Nigerians should should adopt the CULTURE of selflessness and sacrifice for US. Kind of social security, nigeria style for good, there is no honour in backwardness.
Family › Re: Why Are My Friends In Nigeria Always Asking Me For Money? by redsun(m): 10:58am On May 05, 2007
Give if you can,it takes a man in trouble to ask.life is give and take, you don't give what you don't have .It is unfortunate that people think money grows on trees in the west just like they see in the movies, couple with the hopeless system of goverment and lack of direction, people are subjected to lowly begging.

Politics › Re: Yar'adua Might Try To Implement Sharia Across Nigeria? by redsun(m): 7:17am On Apr 26, 2007
Implementing sharia law in nigeria will be the end of the country as one,it's like going backward to mohhammed's time in the 21st century world,i thought yaradua is an educated man,if he is,then he should act like one and use his yam head.
Christianity Etc › Re: Dreamt Of Plane Crash: Let Us Pray! by redsun(m): 4:13pm On Apr 25, 2007

Christianity Etc › Secret Cults In Nigerian Universities. by redsun(op): 7:27am On Apr 25, 2007
Secret cults in nigerian universities should be the key avenue of addressing nigeria problems, instead of killing one another, they should adopt a culture of discipline and justice which they will pass on to the system as gradutes, because they are leaders of tomorrow, the time has passed where politics is left in the hands of illitrates and ignorant chancers.

Politics › Re: How To Stop 419? by redsun(m): 9:18pm On Apr 24, 2007
Without 419 armed robbery would have been terrible in nigeria,a hungry man is an angry man,you can't beat it. If you keep destroying the nation by corruption and mismanagement, all you breed is chaos,it's a natural human reaction, personally bringing in hard currency into the country is far much better than taking it out like the politicians and all the multinational companies like BP,SHELL,TOTAL,etc does, they are the dragons sulking africa dry just because we are too blind to see,Financial world is very complex and draconian,so you got to make your own rules the best way it suits you, good and bad is relative depending on how you see it,the only problem is that they dupe some poor black people as well, that  i hate, any other thing is just a game of survival.
