Thanks so much for the advise. I have decided to sell the inverter as I won't be needing it in the near future.

Can stabilizer save one from these transformerless and modified sine wave inverters? cause I have seen collateral damages with them especially when used for fans.

Doable but not advisable for couple of reasons

1. Multiple points of failure - 3 electronic units instead of one
2. efficiency losses- The inverter even if idling will consume some power while the charger and convert will have atleast 10 % losses each - not so important as total losses are equivalent to 100 Watt bulb compared to convenience but still to keep in mind
3. The charger may not be able to sense correct battery voltage due to drops across the chain so over longer run the battery will remain undercharged unless you can change the charger setpoint voltages ( or it has voltage sense to directly measure battery volatge )

Unless you are creating a total isolated supply for critical equipment such as server or NAS it is fraught with problems and may be more costly ( cabling, fuses etc) than a single inverter /charger combo


I am running a similar setup where charging is with 48 V 50 Amp - 3phase charger but the same 400 AH 48 V battery is connected to a small 350 VA inverter to power my computer and NAS essentially isolating them from Grid - ONE giant UPS

I was seriously going gaga trying out different possible connections. Who get money for 48V backup for my small one room(lolz).

I will simply keep the inverter (may be useful someday) or sell it if I see a buyer and work a bit a bit harder to acquire a 12V all in one inverter for my setup. Just hoping the battery will still be okay then.

Abeg help a brother. I don dey go koko because of this inverter stuff.

I got a 48v/600W cotek inverter without charger from a friend. I have already obtained a 100AH 12V battery. My problem now is that batteries are very expensive and I don't think I can be able to afford 4 batteries. Again most affordable smart charges in the market are mainly 12V or 24V. My questions are

1. how can I change the input voltage of my inverter from48V to 12V as people advised me against using a boost converter before the inverter?

2. If I decide to go for smaller batteries say 18AH, and get 4 of them can I charge them with a 24v charger while using them in series (48V). I am very confused.

Serach for BMS 8S 28 V and your current rating . there are plenty on eBay . All vary in feature and price starting as low as 20 USD to few hundred usd

The one I suggested is slightly different in sense that It can be used for any volts from 6 to 500 and any current rating buy buying additional boards at few usd each per battery, in addition, it is compatible with Victron and SMA using enable to charge and disable discharge contacts and has Bluetooth to check battery status on mobile

Job 14:12 So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep. 14:14 If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come. John 11:11 These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep. 11:12 Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well. 11:13 Howbeit Jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep.
So if the Saints are not in Heaven where can they be? The Saints are not in Heaven as we can see from those Bible verses they are all asleep in their graves or earth(dust).we will look at more bible verses to confirm this.
1 Thessalonians 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

This Bible verses confirm  that the dead sleep in the dust not in Heaven.

Even David the man after God's heart,a man who Jesus Christ  was named after 'Thou son of David'  did not ascend into Heaven after his death.
I don't think there is anyone more qualified to be called a Saint than David.but still David did not ascend to Heaven at his death he is still lying in his grave waiting for the resurrection. Acts2:29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.
Acts 2:34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
Even David knew he was not to go to Heaven immedately after his death so he wrote in Psalms  17:15 As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I AWAKE, with thy likeness.

Considering the State of the dead,saints including Mary,Paul,Joseph,e.t.c while do Catholics still pray to them. It is apparent that they are praying to Idols and Demons in the name of praying to Saints.Mary,Paul,Peter,James,John,Stephen e.t.c  are all sleeping in their graves they neither eat,work, Think, or hear nor intercede in prayers on behalf of others.
This  evil doctrine has been sold to the public especially Catholics who believe that dead people go straight to Hell or Heaven immediately after death.

To Catholics pls deciet from praying to dead Saints they cannot hear you or intercede on your behalf.Only one name has been given to us by which man can be saved and that is the name of Jesus  Acts  4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Only Jesus not any dead saint or Mary or Paul or Pope.
We are expected to pray to God only through the name of Jesus not through any dead Saints John14:13 no other person can.mediate between man and God ,not Mary,Paul or angels but only Jesus Christ is our mediator 1Timothy  2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
Christ and the Holy Spirit  which is the spirit of Christ can intercede on our behalf Romans 8:34,
