PoliticsRe: Forensic Test Will Expose South East And South South Rigging by Remii(m): 1:37pm On Apr 26, 2011
KnowAll:
What of the clear evidence of under-age voters in the North how does this forensic test reconcile and give credence to the CPC's position of overtly contravening electoral laws. Why remove the speck of wood in someone's eye when you have a whole tree in your eye. undecided
how are we sure that all underaged voted for cpc alone, remember that results in some of those northern states are very closely contested btw pdp and cpc too, such as kaduna, both  of them may have had fair share of children voters. also cpc is less than 9 months old, when did it have enough time to deliberately register children for elections.

Topic: I think going to court is all they should do as have done for 2007 elections where many of them have been either upheld or over turned. Violence is not the right option, no one would change election results even if you kill or burn down the whole town, 1983 election in is an example
PoliticsRe: Ribadu Dumps Acn For Tinubu by Remii(m): 10:53am On Apr 22, 2011
I have been suspecting his being ACN since, he has always been PDP ''boy'' PDP made him EFCC chairman, he ran away when he had problem with FG, it was GEJ that allowed him him to the country also withdrawn all court cases around him. He may have been planted in ACN as spoiler, which ACN has done very well by not mobilizing for Presi election as they normally do for all elections.
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Interior Minister Suspended For 'lapses Of Leadership' by Remii(m): 5:06pm On Apr 19, 2011
What a good place to start the clean up, SE with their 99% votes for "darling" GEJ. I pray he has the gut to continue doing the right thing no matter whose horse is gored.

PoliticsRe: Tinubu Gave S’west Votes To Jonathan - Yinka Odumakin by Remii(m): 2:23pm On Apr 19, 2011
he he he, Yoruba is to blame for everything,  smiley Biafra failed because Awo betrayed Ojukwu, now Buhari lost because of Tinubu, msheewwwww,  the same person rumour has that he would not accept to be is VP. When would Africans begin to take responsibilities for their failures, this is serious Afganistanism.

I voted BB, but in my polling booth PDP had 256, CPC 26, ACN 23, more than half of the voters there were non Yorubas.
PoliticsRe: No More Pdp Govs In North? Can We Safely Assume? by Remii(m): 10:16pm On Apr 18, 2011
vigasimple:
Then the North simply continue to go backwards because with Non PDP governors with PDP president and NASS they will get less money from the federation account or they will DECAMP in 6 months or 3and half years time.
that would be wrong for democracy, there is a sharing formula that does not depend on party affiliation. President is for the whole country not party members only. This was what Obj tried against Lagos and came out stroger for it.

PoliticsRe: Osun Must Be Punished by Remii(m): 3:36pm On Apr 17, 2011
I think Osun people must be wooed by PDP, losing like this few months after ACN took over from PDP Gov is a big indictment of the people treatment under PDP. PDP need to endear themself to the heart of Osun people not punishing them since there are other elections in future.
PoliticsWhat Is Your Expectation of G E J Presidency 2011 - 2015 by Remii(op): 2:45pm On Apr 17, 2011
Now that HE Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is on the way to victory for his own substantive presidency, can we come up with an agenda of expectations for him?
PoliticsRe: Would Gej Be Showing Signs of Victory Without The Sw Votes? by Remii(m): 2:35pm On Apr 17, 2011
Kobojunkie:
From what I got, ACN was willing to suggest an ILLEGAL takeover so they could insert their way into the PRESIDENTIAL SLOT somehow. I say ILLEGAL because

a) The lateness of the deal made it near impossible for Bakare to step down for any other replacement

b) ACN's suggestion that Bakare Step down after being sworn in was not only illegal, 419-ish, but also UNCONSTITUTIONAL

Considering the many chances ACN had to work this out, for them to last minute still demand such nonsense speaks volumes of the ACN character( or at least that of the leaders who were involved in the negotiations). Why didn't they simply suggest instead they get some ministerial seats? Why did it have to be the presidential seats or burst? Why?
such outcome should be expected in a negotiation or plea bargain or alliance, it is a matter of give and take. so many things go on that are not expressly constitutional, zoning for instance, but they exist for necessity and to carry all along, no union exist without some form of give and take.

Jarus oya resign like you said not that I wanted you to resign anyway wink
PDP           CPC               ACN           ANPP

 KADUNA          1,190,179    1,334,244     11,278       17,301

I think 1334k is bigger than 1190k, so why would he resign? CPC won Kaduna as he expected.

That is what I saw Jarus wrote, I am not sure he liked to ditch dear NL. either GEJ or BB wins Nigeria goes on, both sides want better for dear father's land.

you no weak for these kind of people, Nigerians want a change by entrenching same people in power. Americans wanted a change they voted Obama, the least expected man from unexpected race to lead them because they are able to see beyond any bigots, all they saw was solution to their problem.

@ franktolk. God bless you for the Golden Chains analogy.
People are complaining that because of PDP NIGERIANS are SUFFERING and Have NO NEPA, NO ROADS, NO JOBS, NO EMPLOYMENT for YOUTHS. The same Nigerians are still voting for the people who have brought untold suffering and hardship to the country. Nigerians na wa oh!!!!. I agree with you.
The funny thing is that the Nigerians who voted for ACN last week in the NASS elections have abandoned their people and are now voting for PDP.
SLAVES!!!
You no wonder? What exactly has GEJ done in Lagos to have endeared him to Lagosians, all new and ongoing projects are done from by aggressive revenue drive started by Tinubu and continued by Fasola. Federal roads in Lagos are either in state of disrepair or taken over by Lagos state,

Nigerians are just bigots, sectional and tribalistic, no matter what is happening to their plights, They deserve the kind of leaders they get.
Now The surfering Continues. n
PoliticsRe: Do You Think Tinubu Sold Out SouthWest Votes? by Remii(m): 8:37am On Apr 17, 2011
That is what Presidential jet flight did to ACN. They should just thank their stars that the governorship election did not take place the same day. PDP would have cleared the SW again. That was the trick they that did them in in 2003 when AD decided to adopt Obasanjo.

MR Jega, I'd suggest u increase Corper's Pay for this elections. They've done a wonderful job so far. They are in d Battle front facing the heat n u are paying just 7k per election and collating officers who just write results these soldiers(Corpers) conducted by stayin under the sun Mon-Eve get 25k HABA!!! This is UNFAIR, Some even without physical Security. In Agaie LGA,Niger State. No security for most Corpers!!!!
I agree with you, this set of corpers did so much more for the nation than most before them. Some of them displayed exemplary leadership skills in managing and controlling voters at the polling booths. They kinda show that, with right training and opportunity they are ready.

PoliticsRe: Buhari Broke Into Tears by Remii(m): 11:02pm On Apr 14, 2011
No problem, all those who want GEJ and PDP to continue would have him and we would all see the consequence.

When Gani Fawehinmi contested presidency and did not get appreciable votes, he concluded that Nigeria deserved whatever her leaders do to her.

Nigerians are bent on reelecting a party that has not done anything to change their lots after 12 years in power yet you want a change.

Doing the same thing all over and expecting different results is said to be the beginning of insanity.

Buhari should go back to Daura and rest his head. He has tried his best. He who clamour for better living conditions would not be the only one to enjoy it.

all these confusions and excessive talks btw CPC and ACN are just working in favour of GEJ. This evening Bakare was on the radio leaking what is supposed to be top secret agreement, stating that ACN requested that he would commit to resigning on June 1, 2011 if elected on CPC / ACN arrangement.
