In the new building? Is there a single store been occupied?
I don't know o. There is one built at rumuokoro garage unoccupied also before I left PH. What of the so called international market along SARS road, rukpokwu? Are they all occupied now?

Can you tel us why the newly built shops numbering into thousands is yet t be opened?

Stop deceiving people who aren't residing in pH. The building you captured in your video hasn't been opened since it was completed. Why put it there as if it is a market? It's just there for fancy.

If you dnt clear this I will post the real pics tomorrow.
Abeg post let's see the true status. There are stores usually not occupied for some political/crimunal reasons while people still occupy the road to sell.
Business / Re: Mile Market: Largest Market In Port Harcourt: Photos & Video by replete(m): 10:09pm On Dec 29, 2020
Mile 1 market... Have they stopped selling by the road side? Half of the road on both side are occupied by traders displaying their goods on the coal tar. Imagine everyone of them pay #200 daily to sell by the road. Same as every other market in port Harcourt all plans to stop them is always sabotaged by community leaders and police due to the huge daily revenue generated from the traders.

Yes o.
Let me share my experience with you.
I live in the north. In 2009 I got a plot of land in a local place for 500k. Although, it shouldn't have been more than 350k but the agent outsmarted me.

It was a local area. I started building in 2010 and moved in December 2011 without finishing everything. I moved based on the popular belief, you can use your next rent to do much work in your building or if you don't move, you won't be motivated to finish the project. I don't believe this again. Talk for another day.

The challenge:
1. My building is not the best in the area but people one way or the other will know that your income is at least steady if not increasing. As such, I get people knocking on the gate everytime seeking for one help or the other. You can't turn them down as it may expose you to other risk whereas my friends living in GRAs and choice locations found it strange.

2. Having a great or outstanding building in a local area is a security challenge. I have not been spared of theft incidences.

3. If you want to dispose the building in the future, those who can afford it may not want the locality and also, it won't appreciate much. The same year I built my house, a close boss bought a land for 7m in a choice location and built it. The land in the same location without building worth not less than 20m today whereas my locality has been static in appreciation. No thanks also to the security challenge in the north.

4. It is better you live in locality in the minimum with people with similar financial capacity or better still, people you can look up to financially. You will be motivated and you will develop good network of relationship that can better your lot.

5. The financial stress of the locality will rest on few of you most especially in a situation where government is not taking responsibility. For instance, in my area, the locals have refused to pay for security, they believe they have little or nothing to lose. Ditto with infrastructural development.

As regards your mummy supervising the project, that has been dealt with. Don't allow it since she is not experienced in building.

My advice.

Nice one mate wish I cud buy you a drink for this.

I work with two good looking guys on my team, because I am their team lead .They always have a way of making me buy them breakfast at our popular hot buka joint .

When we get to this joint the female waiters always find a way to flirt and roll all their body for my male colleagues. Sometimes I even have to beg them to take my order because they get carried away in their flirting activities. They don't know that on this table of three I am the moneybag when it comes to that breakfast.

I had to boycott that buka joint because the same thing kept repeating itself.I cannot come and be begging on top my own hard earned money.

it's always normal here to assume the guy is the money bag. The guys should have been the one to ask the ladies to take your order first.

Nice one, you still kept the number on the screen after that number of months. That's strange grin
I have bought 2 cars from him, not so happy with the first one but the full set of extra tyres compensated while the second one was a bummer.
That said, he needs to work on Comms which is definitely below average
That's the overseas pix just for illustration

Wow honestly the car still has the airfreshener that came with it from Canada. The abro I bought died in less than a week but that particular one still lingers though now fading.
There were 2 of it. The one on the AC vent was removed by the guys in Lagos but those sticks on the mirror are mad.
3 of it actually some black bags wrapped on the AC vent. Wonder where I can get such here.

Truly amdman is such an awesome guy. I got a car from him this year and it's 5 months now apart from the power steering that came defective zero issues have only serviced and changed brake pads ... Sweet car I must confess.
I honestly still say "God bless Amdman" each time I drive the car.
In my opinion To enjoy a Canadian used car make sure it's not older than 10 years.

Gazzuzz, I parked my car for about 2 months, l just discovered the fan doesn't work unless the A.C is on, l called a rewire, he told me he will connect the alternator direct, l asked him to see me next week, l'm scared driving the car out cuz the fan doesn't work unless the A. C is on l would have drive it to your house cuz you're just 2 streets from my place at Oke-ira and the rewire asked me to change the radiator from single to double cuz the car is a Toyota Camry V6....my question is should I allow the rewire to connect the alternator direct and can I drive the car out like that
is that your first normal car?

BluntNigerian:
In the case of criminal cases, or any court cases that happened to involve the Recycled SIM, (Since the Network-Providers had supposedly wiped out the information of the previous owner of the SIM from their own database, and they didn't keep any backup information about the previous owner), it then means that the new owner is in for a troublem he knows absolutely nothing about.
...
What can the NCC and the TELCOS do about that??
There will be a new date of registration which is very important. That will solve all cases
