Abegi. What does 'how many women have an idea of exercises targeted at reducing hips or belly fat' mean? Is that an excuse? Can't they use google? My dear whatever you have passion for, you create time for. Childbirth does not disfigure women please, if you were fit before childbirth, you will still look good after childbirth. Ladies on this thread should learn and stop beefing the op.
woooooow, and you are female? undecided Let's see how fit you will be after childbirth!

You act as if you don't know about genetics, its been years since I did any form of exercise but I am as slim as a brook stick. I wolf down anything and it doesn't show. I know women who eat once a day and still struggle with their weight. Now add the weight from pregnancy on top of that struggle...

Look at Omotola who the OP claims is trim, abeg compare her fifteen years back and now and let's see whether upon all her 'fitness', she is the same. Whereas me who has never worked out for once is a tinny gbeku, almost thesame as I was in my twenties.

You better pray that your hormones and metabolism don't misbehave or else you will be like yukozuna, even after all the fitness exercises you will not get your old body back, ask Kim Kardashian or Omotola. You can only manage what you have as best as you can.

pls takirize woman, d poster isn't blaming u gals rather he's just raising a matter that should be checkmated.
It's the person who wears the shoes that knows where it hurts....so if you haven't worn it, please simply mind your business and dont butt into things you cannot understand!

Men have enough issues of their own which the poster can relate with, he should advice on those ones first and leave women to settle their own issues.

I keep seeing women blow up after childbirth and their excuse is that pregnancy expands the body. No doubt pregnancy is stressful but with discipline both in exercise and diet u can get any shape back.
We have seen celebrity chicks with multiple kids still have a banging bod after childbirth. Example are chics like The Kardashian girls, Halle Berry, Angelina Jolie, Omotola etc.
I agree that celebrities don't have a choice than to keep in shape because of their jobs. So should it be with regular women. Your husband still needs u hot as smoke. It even helps your self esteem. Nothing as sweet as being called a hot mum.
Please ladies, pregnancy and childbirth isn't a curse.
I don't even want to hear that celebrities have maids and personal trainers. Exercise doesn't cost much. Even when d kids are asleep, take time out to work out. Nothing attractive about a shapeless woman. Dieting is cheaper than gluttony . In d long run, everyone wins. You, your proud hubby and kids.
Don't talk until you can carry a kid for nine months, offload them and keep trim! angry

If you can't do that, then shut the hell up. angry

You think women love the way they blow up? What do you know about laziness? A woman taking care of her three kids is far from lazy!

I have three and I thank God I am slim naturally because I know how difficult it is for many women to regain their bodies, if you follow the kardashians you will see they struggle also, Kim even did lipo the last time to reduce hers... Do you have money for surgery?

You say dieting is cheaper, I laugh, I hope you have money to afford lean foods and vegetables for your wife. You talk about work out....do you work out? I'm sure you don't, I guess that's because you are either lazy or too busy which is the same with many women. Besides, even if they have the time, how many women have an idea of exercises targeted at reducing their hips or belly fat?

You men who do not have an inkling how child birth disfigures a woman's shape should either support your wives, pay for gym membership, or shut the hell up! angry

Abeg Oliseh should stop lying jare!

Why is it now that Enyeama will have issues with a coach meanwhile, we know your track record Oliseh!

You were captain of yourteam when they were dishonourably disbanded, you even had issues in your own club and unlike Enyeamah, you are not respected!

So I will believe Enyeamah over you every time!angry

Appointing Musa as captain is just you sucking up to your honourable President Buhari as you called him and other NFF bosses, and very soon, the same people you are sucking up to will be the ones to dismiss you because you have begun on a horrible note and you cannot succeed this way!angry

Vinshu:
Sex is fun indeed. But for the lady involved, it sparks a lot of risks. What if the guy changes his mind? Like he is no longer interested? It is no connection. Once two are married the connection is already there then the fun comes in as both are bound. Not fucking like bf and gf which the bf can swith at any point to the next gf and leave the initial gf in the cold.

It's easier and fun for men but not recommended for ladies. Most ladies who indulge in it are pressurised by the men and some end up being dumped.
If a guy leaves you , is it the end of the world?

What of those ones that lose virginity via rape, most times to unknown people, they should commit suicide?

Virginity is awesome but most women are not virgins when they marry, did the men the marry commit suicide?

I am not saying women should give it up anyhow, just use your sense of discernment and test the engine of the prospective candidate grin.... If it doesn't work out in the end, don't dwell on it..... If you know who you are, then its his loss!

Christian Chukwu, please talk sense into this new immature coach that we have...... This is a very wrong start.....after all Enyeama has done for the team, he shouldn't be leaving this way.

I suspect Oliseh already had biased views towards Enyeama, hence his attitude.

I just gave you an instance where royalty compares to nothing even in the world we live today. You may not understand.
You keep mentioning French Revolution French Revolution as if it was the only event in history. Throughout history royal families were literally worshipped by commoners, and in many occasions when they revolt they where dealt with. Have read the story of Theodora?
okay, even if they are 'special' people as you put it, does it give them the right to treat 'commoners' as sh'it?

Anyway I know Rukayaatiku doesn't have much sense and that's why she said such....it was downright rude and not proper...even a Royal with sense wouldn't spew such.

Look at you, the Queen is the only person in the world who can go to any country without even a passport! but even the UN secretary General has to have one! So get it into your head, royals are actually not the same as commoners. she is not royal btw.
so that is her greatest achievement, LMAO! To travel to all the countries in the world without passport and that makes her the happiest and most fulfilled woman in the world abi?

I SMH for you, obviously your values are fickle!

Pls go and read up on history, the French revolution and know that if commoners decide they don't want royals anymore, that is the end of their reign!
