TastyFriedPussy: I no blame you at all.. Na people like tensazangetsu20 wey dey always post sweet things about coding wey dey enter una eye I blame.. Now all of una don dey rush dey come oversaturate things for people wey genuinely wan learn for passion and not money. You only started your coding journey few weeks ago but the first question you uselessly decided to ask as a useless goat that you are is how you can make money. If making money was your problem why not go do ritual or Yahoo because it's even faster that way I can see that the only reason you decided to learn programming is because of money or maybe all the sweet things you've been reading online and not because you're passionate about programming.. So I'm sorry to tell you that you're already a failure from the get go and mark my words, you'll end up selling that your laptop for something else when the wrath of JS begins to hit you hard.. Useless goat We all know you are hiding to perpetrate evil. If you do for passion alone and not money, is it yahoo that is feeding your fetish azz? Keep switching accounts and demotivating any web developer trying to start their journey because you feel they could be your target on Nairaland. Keep trying, oga na-me! |

spartan117: . I've seen some of your posts on this forum, you come across as insecure when ever you come across newbies trying to break into tech. Is everything ok with you? The poster only asked to know if what he or she has learnt so far can be monitize yet or at what stage is it monitizable. Those user accounts that condemn outrightly are well known. I believe the poster will read threads and observe them close enough to be guided and remain motivated. My advise to the poster is to keep going. That someone somewhere says nonsense doesn't change the fact that OP is on the right path. Learn HTML and CSS and relearn them to master them then move onto JavaScript briefly before you major on JQuery. JQuery is simply a JS library that simplifies most of the headaches of pure JS coding. It gives you multibrowser compatible code in a single line form. It does most of the if, if..else, and conditional logic of pure JS for you. Keep at it. Once in a while post your practice work for appraisal on public forum like this. It may attract stupid comments from hate filled souls along but will show you better way to work. |

nedekid: If the data is correct then you may be right, but I think it is rather propaganda. How can economy increase but with more misery on population? overall hardship increased over a longtime but in between exist slight fluctuations and that is what the news is about. After harvest there is always statistical improvement, though of little effect, in a economic fortune. Even economy growth chart is never a smooth sailing one. It fluctuates. |

nedekid: Which harvest? Come to dopemu, the new influx of abokis that came in the last 1 month, I have not seen that much! Infact according to my gate man, they are farmers. He said soo deep in the bush that before they see cars, roads etc they will treak for 4 days! That most of them have multiple wives and loads of kids, to aid their farming. But that as bandits have taken over, no way to farm again, so they need to exit the bush and face the south as manual labor. So where is the seasonal harvest comming from to boost the economy? I insist it is down to harvest. Specifically July August harvest. Check previous year records and you will see what I am saying. |

Marriage is two complementary and supplementary parts coming together. Any attempt for one party to overestimate its level is a recipe for breakdown. Can we say a HOD owns a subordinate in a department. No is the answer. Only difference in marriage being that the subordinate remains a subordinate always. |

Money itself is a piece of paper considered superior to things it was created to help exchange. That convenience money brings has inpspired a strong love for it. People run after it directly(love of it) instead of taking the proper route to getting it. It wasn't created to be accumulated. |

XullySwt: Good evening everyone, thank God for life coz that alone is indeed a great blessing.
I will be brief with my post here i promise Indeed i have seen life at its worst....
After mourning my husband i decided to leave my city Kaduna to begin a new life with my kids, yeah a boy and a girl.
I started from the scratch here in Abuja, from lesson that paid not upto #6000 to a school that pays #20,000 and presently am working in a school that pays not less than #50,000 all these boils down to my hardwork and perseverance and above all God.
Alright this the main ishhh, i met this single, understanding and loving guy that have already paid for my dowry and wedding is coming up November this year
Now my fear..... We love each other, he loves my kids so dearly we have been together for almost 2 years now that's why he decided to move the relationship further.
Ohh yes, i said my fear, his currently a job hunter ?
we thought things would get better before the wedding but Nigeria got no chill sincerely so now i have to leave my job and follow him to his city where he base so as to help him with his little business hoping things would get better.
So now my question, Am i doing the right thing by moving to his city or i should continue with my job and wait till he gets a better job??
Adding that his in his mid 30's and willing to settle down.
Please my people advice me. Or if you can help him pass through this stage of life, blessings will follow you.....
He is a graduate and lives in Zaria. God bless you all.
Between sorry for any blunders or typo error, am just seeing double What you will get here is intellectual advice. Go for a reputable man of God and get spiritual one. He may change. |

Onewazobia: The current ASUU leaders will not be there forever. You can imaging a first class graduate collect 90k as net salary per months when he/she knows better offer is out there outside classroom, if the education sector wants to attract best brains them its budget should be review the pattern is there in advanced countries also. Industries pay more than schools. |

guobe: Since Private Schools Are Now Charging Exorbitantly For Schooling The Way To Go
Most private schools are now charging exorbitantly for schooling. You can imagine telling a parent to bring 150,000 naira for just a kid in primary school.
What of parents that have 3 to 4 kids. How will they cope and they are public servants.
The way to go may now be home schooling as most parents have started adopting it. Education has never been a social competition. It was black man who misunderstood the white.man. When few White men where starting schools, it would have been unwise to go from house to house to teach so they adopted the one school many children method. Education is education either by uncle or daddy. |

In 2011, a debate was held right here in this same venue about fuel subsidy. We did everything within our powers to tell Nigerians to cater first for priorities, but we now spend a borrowed N6.7trn on fuel subsidy which will continue until June 2023 we earn more than 6.7 billion USD from crude sales so no point borrowing. |

You can get a far better setup with less than 130k. You do the buying and call an installer. Panel of 300w @ 50k, a good battery @ 45k, controller 10k. Inverter 20k, installation is negotiated by you. MTN Lumos is for those who don't know where to buy solar system parts. The panel can be gotten for 30-35 if you are willing to use fairly used. This mine will last more that 15 hours. |
