As hard as it may seem, give her space...put her at arms length. Reduce your calls (resist the urge to call her often). And when she calls, don't pick up, then call back in 1hr.

When she sends you a chat, delay in responding also. You need to stop acting like your life depends on her. She knows you are crazy about her and she is taking advantage of that.

All these things are not easy to do, but it will help you get your respect back or move on.

I actually do love and care for the guy.. just that he loves me more while sometimes I'm just indifferent.

I've tried to be honest to him, giving him reasons why we can't work. for where? every reason I give he gives another to debunk mine. he desperately wants me to stay and the way he treats me right dissolves my defences.

That's one problem right there. Reading is such a task for him. I literally help him study for his tests most times, then summarize the whole notes for him. And voila, he's gone. Lol.

Buying books will be a waste of time, funds and energy. I even have unread books on my phone, ranging from temperaments evaluation, learning and identifying your love languages, unlocking one's potentials and whatever you may think of. I have a handful of them but he's not the type to read.

The issue is not even reading books, it's more about applying its content to your personal life. This guy literally knows too much o! And that's a deal breaker for me.
