Sure they've lost some assets, but has that stopped the Russian advance? Right now Mariupol I about to fall and seige of Kyiv has begun. Russian air and missile strikes are already hitting targets in west Ukraine near Lviv. The Russians have only begun. By the time they're through, the Ukrainians will fully understand why Vladimir Putin won the 2nd Chechen War.

Ukraine won't be able to resist forever and that is understandable but the point we are trying to make is that nairaland warmongers supporting Putin have been disappointed by their estimation that Ukraine would be taken in less than a week.

Some people are really ignorant sha, especially this person. So this person and some others legitly thinks Russia has more nuclear weapons/power more than the US Putin been the dictator, bully and aggressor that he is is always boasting about his nukes but don't get it twisted, the US alone has as much nuclear capability as the Russians let alone the entire allied NATO. The difference is that while the west is considering the lives that's at stake and the effect of the nukes on the world, Putin doesn't care hence he's always threatening to go nuclear. A lot of Putin supporters are yet to come to terms with the simple reality that Putin has made a mockery of himself and Russian military might in this invasion of Ukraine.
Imagine the number of worn out and abandoned Russian military artillery all over Ukraine.
Russia should be ready to give a critical thought before trying to engage any country more sophisticated than Ukraine in the slightest because they may not survive it.
All I see is that minus nukes, Russia is just another average country that can't easily over run any country that is ready to go head on with them

Most nations we know today were birth into existence by the sweat and blood of men, women and children.

Sometimes I'm just wowed by the fact that someone who claims to be fighting for freedom and independence of a nation from another nation expects it to happen just by mere talks and rants...

A true freedom fighter should know there would be several unwanted consequences for his choice, expect imprisonment for months or even years, he should expect to be hated, tortured and despised by the powers that be, he should be aware that sometimes justice is made, not given on a platter of gold, he should understand that freedom outweighs the value of his life as an individual, he should be aware that there's high probability he might not actually enjoy or experience the freedom in his own life time, he should have crossed his mind that he's actually fighting for freedom for the generations unborn, and consider himself lucky if he eventually experiences it in his lifetime.

Even Ojukwu ran away when the heat came to its peak- till today, I'm still wondering if he was actually fighting for freedom for the people or he just wanted to divide Nigeria by any means possible and rule a portion of it.

What kind of freedom fighter is afraid of imprisonment??
What kind of freedom fighter is not determined to fight alongside the people he claims to fight for??
What kind of freedom fighter thinks his life is more invaluable than that of those he's fighting for?
What kind of freedom fighter prefers to remain thousands of miles away from the people he's fighting for??

-sending you home for not paying your school fees and the rest...
Most of us became very grateful to our wicked principals the moment we stepped our foot into the four walls of a tertiary institution and began to see see life from a more realistic perspective. But here you are, still yet to come to terms with someone who was trying to make you a responsible and disciplined human being in life...
