FamilyRe: Pastor Or Parents: Whose Decision Is Final On Marriage? by Reverend(m): 11:30am On Oct 13, 2006
The decision is with the people that are getting married. What has it to do with a pastor or the parents.

They should keep out of it other than the pastor should conduct the ceremony and the parents should pay for the wedding party!

Quite simple really cheesy

you don't have the right to say its fake when there are many professional Mediums nowadays
So many professional con artists you mean. Not one so called medium has ever proved their powers ever! No ghosts, no ghostly conversations, nothing.

Mediums are for the weak minded people on this planet! People who have a single figure IQ and are easily led.
Christianity EtcRe: Ouija Boards: Experiences and Opinions by Reverend(m): 5:19pm On Oct 07, 2006
People here are really superstitious and quite brainless.

During the late 1800s, planchettes were widely sold as a novelty. In 1890, businessmen Elijah Bond and Charles Kennard had the idea to patent a planchette sold with a board on which the alphabet was printed, and thus had invented the first Ouija board. Bond was an attorney and inventor of other objects. An employee of Kennard, William Fuld took over the talking board production and in 1901, he started production of his own boards under the name "Ouija" [1].

The Fuld name would become synonymous with the Ouija board, as Fuld reinvented its history, claiming that he himself had invented it. Countless talking boards from Fuld's competitors flooded the market and all these boards enjoyed a heyday from the 1920s through the 1960s. Fuld sued many companies over the "Ouija" name and concept right up until his death in 1927. In 1966, Fuld's estate sold the entire business to Parker Brothers, who continues to hold all trademarks and patents. About 10 brands of talking boards are sold today under various names
Nothing but a childrens game. But then again, so many of you on this forum act like little children, I think this would be an ideal purchase for many of you! tongue tongue tongue

@ reverend.
its good to know you've got the rights to express yourself as regards any issue u feel concerned about.
but don't u think sometimes one has to respect other people's opinion - you can refuse to accept, partially or in totality the fact that these spiritual issues and their happenings are not impossible, and at the same time deliver your opinion without offenses . . . ?
no harm meant - but i hope you don't have to continue like this for long!
Otolorin!

I am not offended by your post at all grin

I agree that people have the right to their beliefs, just like I have the right to call the whole thing nonsense. It does concern me that these business Mafia are preying on innocent people. It is a reverse Robin Hood syndrome! Rob from the poor to give to the rich angry

I do not have a problem with peoples beliefs, I have a very big problem though with people manipulating and deceiving poor innocent people for profit!

When it comes to bullshit, big-time, major league bullshit, you have to stand in awe of the all-time champion of false promises and exaggerated claims, religion. No contest. No contest. Religion. Religion easily has the greatest bullshit story ever told. Think about it. Religion has actually convinced people that there's an invisible man living in the sky who watches everything you do, every minute of every day. And the invisible man has a special list of ten things he does not want you to do. And if you do any of these ten things, he has a special place, full of fire and smoke and burning and torture and anguish, where he will send you to live and suffer and burn and choke and scream and cry forever and ever 'til the end of time!

But He loves you. He loves you, and He needs money! He always needs money! He's all-powerful, all-perfect, all-knowing, and all-wise, somehow just can't handle money! Religion takes in billions of dollars, they pay no taxes, and they always need a little more. Now, you talk about a good bullshit story. Holy Shit!

does that really matter. it was only written in a hurry. so is eole's mistake that you even came here for. get lost if you don't have anything to talk about, u
Ask somebody at the church to teach you to write. I am sure with a little practice you will learn that the correct spelling is 'fool'

No need to write like an 419 scammer!

FOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL = Fool

There are supposed to be rules on this forum that people should try and use the English language for their posts and check spellings. Keep to those rules.
