BusinessFive Traits Of A Successful Entrepreneur by Revolva(op): 3:20pm On Feb 15, 2015
FIVE (5) TRAITS OF SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEURS

Entrepreneurship is a popular goal, but not everyone knows what entrepreneurship really is and what it takes to be an entrepreneur. The thought of having your own business and working for yourself might appeal to you, but are you really cut out for the challenges of entrepreneurship? If you possess these five traits of successful entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship might just be right for you.
1. They Are Passionate

Being an entrepreneur demands commitment and dedication and being passionate about what you do makes it easier to stay through the lows. Passion isn't really excitement about the chance to jump on a trend or fad in order to make a quick buck. You have to really believe in your product or service that you're motivated enough to keep at it even when things don't seem to be working out well. If you're ambivalent about your product or service, you will give up on it as quickly as you started working on it. Find something you love enough to want to share it with others. That love will fuel and give you purpose.
2. They Don't Give Up

Successful entrepreneurs have the mental fortitude to keep fighting when they're at the bottom. It's one thing to be willing to take a risk and be willing to fail, but the ability to get back up and continue fighting. Before success comes failure and it's something everyone has to experience and overcome. The ability to bounce back form failure is what separates successful entrepreneurs from the one that failed.
3. They Are Disciplined

As an entrepreneur, you have to be disciplined. Owning your own business doesn't mean that you get to sleep till noon and take endless vacation days — not if you want to run a successful business. To build an idea into a business, you have to have the discipline to spend time slogging through the least fun parts of running a business. You have to look at the big picture and realise that cutting corners may not have immediate consequences, but they'll affect you in the long run
4. They Are Confident

Self confidence is a key entrepreneurial trait. You have to be confident in your business or product and your ideas. This is necessary so you can overcome naysayers who will try to discourage you at every opportunity. If you want costumers to be confident in your product or service, you first have to be confident in the risks you're taking as an entrepreneur.
5. They Are Pragmatic

As much as it's important to be confident, it is also important to be realistic. It is great that you believe in your dreams and you're pursuing them with everything you have, but you must also be willing to change course and tweak plans to align with current circumstances. It is important to stay fully grounded and strike the right balance in all your actions.

If you want to have a successful business, it's wise to pick up every feasible tool. If you don't already have these traits, you can develop them over time and become a better entrepreneur. Remember, it's never too late to start.

If you desire to be successful at that business you have started, or one that you are seriously considering to start, i would recommend all the above traits to form part of your success creed. I wish you success.

RomanceRe: Most Nigerian Ladies Are Lazy And Proud!!! by Revolva(m): 2:22am On Feb 14, 2015
negrito:
Are just realising? I'm happy you have finally seen the light. Whereas it was the same you and some other guys that attacked me on NL when I opened a thread on Nigerian girls, their hungry nature and their low self esteem ish. But rather what did you do? You attacked me and even went as far as saying my profile pic wasn't me. Well I'm happy you've finally cone to your senses. Nothing good can come out of any relationship with any Nigerian girl. They are lazy, hungry, dirty, ex prostitutes, mannerless, uncultured and are future home breakers. Don't listen to anyone telling you that Nigerian girls are good. They are all lies. These girls are all thieves who go about looking for innocent guys to ruin their lives with their stupid demands and their wayward lifestyle. My advice to you is that if you're looking for true love, then go on a trip outside the shores of Nigeria. Europe, Asia, the middle east or anywhere besides Nigeria and Africa. You'll find true love in these area and when you do bring her home and marry her. You won't regret it. That's what I did and we are getting married soon. When you do thank me later. wink
i fully agree with you... Nigerian girls are the worst set of women to put at home...first how can i put some one at home...that does not reallly loves me...they only care of you are rich...thats all..and many are short sighted and tribalist..thats hy many of them these days are pros...

look our mothers time were the best time of womanhood.....all these gals of now adays ave been bastadized n they r blind
