I don't believe that unemployed graduates can't find jobs. There are so many opportunities now. Especially for the younger generation. Maybe they just went to the wrong education. I had the same situation. When I got my degree and realized that I didn't want to work in that specialty. So I started looking for another one. I started looking for another one, depending on my interests. And later I stumbled upon the HVAC school. Where you study for a technical degree. Just what I love. And on top of that I found out that to get into that school you need some kind of college degree. Which I have. Now I'm working in my dream job. You should never consider yourself unemployed. You'll find a way to get out of it everywhere.

sadly many Graduates are like that and makes me wonder why they complain of lack of jobs when they have nothing to offer.

No employer will employ you when you can't add any value to the organisation.
If you love her as you claim sit her down and coach her for some time....that is if she's ready to learn cos most of them only know how to shout "am a graduate, am a graduate!!"
