AnyanwuSilas: You have not been brainwashed by Russian propaganda. You who probably only sees US and Russia. Russia can worry abput a US aligned Ukraine on its border BUT Poland cannot worry about the same situation because out of inferiority and bad nurturing most of you only know US and Russia. A lot of you guys need to deepen your education about Europe. If you want multi polarity, know that it means that every country must have interests that it is entitled to pursue. More importantly, Russia would completely destroy itself in Ukraine and the entire world would be amazed. 2 Likes |

Seriously though, this amateur politician who became PM should know that there is some info that should not go into public space but i guess i ecpect too much 2 Likes |

Brendaniel: Your solution is very childish. I dont even think you understand what a competitive election means and how transparent things should be. Over voting could have been a result of preloaded BVAS entries, double voting permitted by INEC personnel or even clever real time hacking into the system but to you it was just a problem that ordinary subtraction. Simpleton sighted. This is why we say Nairaland is the social media space filled with the most unintelligent comments ever. 8 Likes 3 Shares |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Russia Offensive Moving Faster Than Expected by RiceProducers: 9:48am On Jan 22, 2023 |
Childish thread. Much ado about the Bakhmut - Soledar initial success by Russia. Ukraine should have tidily withdrawn weeks ago and pinnned them down at other defensive positions. Russia cannot do much advance from Bakhmut /Soledar axis because to attempt that is create conditions for HIMARS and long range artillery strikes The real news is that Ukraine is training a few brigades and getting set for counter offensives in the South. Weapins are flooding in. |

Foreign Affairs / Re: prophetic progression of Ukraine war by RiceProducers: 2:56pm On Jan 16, 2023 |
bassdow: Why do you guys believe a lie. The invasion is a failure. Look at Soledar and Bakhmut. Up to ten months and they are still struggling. More importantly, how does Russia win the war?. Keep 500,000 people in trenches trying to steal 1/4 of Ukraine. Even the most childish or lowest IQ of all observers think don't think Russia can keep this up to 6 months. Putin himself knows it is not winnable. Wecbloody civilians thinks keeping 500k troops supplied, fed and warmed in a country of hateful enemies is easy. But that's why we are bloody civilians. Most people who think Russia wins are very young. They see it as a soccer match and Russia is higher in the ratings, alas it is not. The war was lost to Russia in the first three days. They should have conquered Kyiv. Having a sovereign government active in Kiev with its international alliances and the sinister nature and unbending will of Ukrainian people already marks this as a failure for Putin. In a way, I don't blame Russia. If it were a more democratic country, they won't have made the mistake. They cannot win this. Any indication that Ukraine would lose only prolongs the war. There would never ever be an Ukrainian surrender so it is just 5 mire years of Russians being killed every week in places they occupied until someone puts a bullet in the head of the idiot in the Kremlin. The last and only chance they have is the new invasion they are planning from Belarus and Westen Russia. Unfortunately, everyone is ready for it and Belarusians will overthrow their government or succumb to the civil war I think CIA has set up there already. |

lionel4power: The only time on Russia 's side is that which allows further destruction of their military capability. Ukraine is developing capabilities in long range loitering munitions which combined with Western weapons and Patriot missiles will prove decisive. There is now intense pressure on military industrial capacity in China, Russia, Iran and South Korea trying to meet Russian requirements for the war. These capacities will start to deplete when these countries factor in their own requirements against Israel, Taiwan and South Korea. By mid 2023, everything will be be clear about the direction of the war which i believe in a world shaking defeat of Russia and removal or assassination of Putin 1 Like |

Obviously it would be an indeterminate election. Dummies would say it is because of Obi diluting PDP votes but nothing of the sort It would be due to BVAS. Nigeria has had fake elections since 1999, if not all the past elections should also have gone into run off and coalition parties. Buhari/Osinbajo probably have 2 extra years on the saddle and Osinbajo maybe 4 years. |

You think there are no tactical nukes in Ukraine?. You think there are no equivalent weapons of mass destruction that Ukraine can use to retaliate for the same effect? You guys better grow up. This is 2022. That's a super power beaten down and dragged down in disgrace. The people who designed Russia 's fall already thought many steps ahead. |

shogsman: Russia is incapable and weak. They already lost the war against Ukraine and are coming to terms with just how much corruption abd dependence on oil and gas have weakened their country. They ran like women from Kharkiv and Ukrainians are slaughtering them big time in Donbass. Encirclements are imminent at Lyman and after that it is kill and go for the Ukrainians. Russia is now bringing T62s to the battlefield and buying Iranian drones. How much of a coward before the truth must you be to ignore the implication that Russia IS IMPORTiNG weapons from a country under sanctions and bringing out 70 year old tanks to fight a country of just 40m located just 400km from Moscow. You guys stop deceivibg yourselves. That country is gone Putin has destroyed it |

Foreign Affairs / Re: Some Comments On The Military Situation In Ukraine As Of September 9, 2022 by RiceProducers: 6:59pm On Sep 09, 2022 |
Nonsense. Russia is badly led and its troops are poorly motivated. They expended too much ammo and time on civilians and civil infrastructure trying to awe the Ukrainians in Donbass. For all the effort and awe, they gained just a few tens of kilometers. The tide has changed. Ukraine also has an unchained airforce and super accurate rocket artillery from the US. The way this ends is Putin would be forced to give up power and go on exile whioe Russia negotiates peace and a costly reparations regime with Ukraine |

Toju200: The problem is Operational philosophy. You dont buy Wing Loong and use it reactively. There should be a process for operating it and many teams at the back end doing evaluation pictures and videos feeds. Evaluation includes threat assessment and rating. Maybe soldiers should not be operating some MALE drones. They are more surveillance than combat abd a body like DSS is more organizationally suited to analyzing info and generating threat profiles than miitary who would miss subtle cues |
Foreign Affairs / Re: What Russia Has Lost So Far During The War by RiceProducers: 5:46am On Aug 18, 2022 |
huptin: No 5 is the most striking of all these valid points you have made. Only an idiot with inferiority complex needs to invade other countries as a national leader at this time given the experience of the US in Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq. There is no short trtm military success that compensates for the medium and long term military defeat you will get (especially with hostile regional and global powers working against you). Even the bestof militaries struggle against internal militancies and organised insurections as we see now in Egypt, Algeria, Nigeria, Syria and Libya. Even Russia is only able to hold Chenchnya by using Chenchens and after a massive failure in Ukraine or if Kadyrov is taken out we will begin to see the disembarment of Russia which will happen very quickly. Al because of some ill advised, vain glorious invasion of a neighboring country. 1 Like |

Russia IS getting weak according to sanctions. They are selling their oil cheap and asking for military aid from 3rd world countries. You don't have to tell lies to yourself. |
Foreign Affairs / Re: No Matter What The Kremlin Says, The Sanctions Against Russia Are Working And 'c by RiceProducers: 7:51pm On Jul 29, 2022 |

Exnavyboy62: Believe me the guy suggesting surrender is not normal. He is also un realistic. It has never happened in history that people surrender to others on the basis of perceived military inferiority. I think he is another Putin admirer who has lost his sense of reality completely. Ükraine needs to assert its sovereignty. Sovereignty means independence of self determination to join any security arrangement they so wish. If that is a permanent and immovable red line for Rüssia, then it ıs already out of the domain of debate. The war will go on until the physical limits of both countries are reached. This is the point of destruction of Russia or a weakening so serious that it loses super power status. Lets not forget that North Korea has nuclear bombs, ICBMs and has also tested hypersonic weapons but is not regarded a super power, so also can Russia have the largest nuclear arsenals and still be irrelevant 3 Likes |
