Shameless Trump and his maladjusted, inferiority complex afflicted supporters. They keep recounting and he keeps losing.

My sympathy is for Trump supporters. They all seem to have deep self worth issues that Trump second term was going to solve. Sorry, only Jesus can save. And try not to be so mixed up in the mind.

A very unhealty development.
This means Uganda is slack at collecting revenue. This problem should not be viewed with a one track mind. You should be collecting at least 20% of your GDP as revenue. For Uganda this should be $6bn every year

Almost a win for United (if Wan Bissaka had not made that error) out of almost nothing with the rubbish we played.
I hope we play a better game against Arsenal.
Not happy though. undecided
Man U did not play rubbish. It was all a scheme to dissipate Chelsea which is the most balanced team in the world at the moment. Man U broke up the play with many breaks and stops (Mounrinho style). Chelsea was very lucky. Also maybe Ronaldo should have come in earlier. It would have cost Chelsea two men to mark him

Do you know the implications on national security of a country or that's what you BMC crew were told in your WhatsApp group
Come on. What National security?. The National security aspects of running airports are in the hands of a country's security agencies not the airport owner. Even in Nigeria NAA is not involved in security. It is Airforce, NIA, DSS, Immigration, etc
Foreign AffairsRe: Museveni To Surrender Uganda’s Only International Airport Over Chinese Loan. by RiceProducers: 12:01pm On Nov 26, 2021
So what is wrong with this? Most international airports are privately owned. The Ugandan government will collect their taxes every year and the Chinese management is constrained to follow Ugandan laws

It's too expensive for that price
The price is not just for the choppers. It is like paying 70% of the entire life cycle costs upfront, that is why it is high.

Why don't we go for the Mi28?
Nigeria won't buy the sanctions vulnerable Turkish helicopter or the untidily developed Indian Chopper that cannot be supported with enough spares and maintenance. They will use a phantom airbus chopper acquisition to flash the Americans.
Eventually they will buy US made AH1Zs
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Villarreal Vs Manchester United: UCL (0 - 2) On 23rd November 2021 by RiceProducers: 7:51pm On Nov 23, 2021

We need chopper but not cobras, it's too expensive.
The package is for 12 choppers, maybe 28 engines, Honeywell navigation avionics, lots of armaments and lifetime support. It is a super deal. One good combat helicopter is better than 15MBTs. Our deal is cheaper than what other countries got.

The alternative is MI28NE which is $480m without weapons, extra engines, maintenence support and Russians don't have APKWS.
We are getting 2000 APKWS with the cobras.
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by RiceProducers: 2:39pm On Nov 23, 2021
SuperSixSeven:
I believe the choppers would be for the NA Air Corp. The NAF like most Air Forces might not be too much interested in operating Combat helicopters at all. I would not be surprised if the NAF never going to get a full squadron of M-35.
İ agree. It is not airforce's work to be flying choppers anywhere this modern era.
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by RiceProducers: 1:45pm On Nov 23, 2021
youghs:
That helicopter sale rumor is total BS. There's no way Nigeria is going to pay $800m for 12 cobra when it's not that they are mad

* We are expecting 7 mi-35 not 6. Since ajuri said it is to be delivered before the end of the year then it means it is still in the works.
Cobra helicopter procurement is not rubbish. Nigeria has been presenting the request since GEJ era. PMB administration is rə presenting it again. Nigeria has the cash to pay for 12 Cobras over 2 years at N330bn.
Choppers are needed for Nigeria's peculiar security situation and we can't depend on a single supplier, Russia.
The Cobras last very long and they have long airframe fatigueife

There is absolutely nothing wrong in a counter protests. All protests in the world have counter protests - BLM in the US, protests in Hong Kong, Myanmar, etc.
To suggest that my own protest should take place without counter protest is childish. And yes a lot of EndSARS people are childish in their world view.

In a democracy, sitting governments have a "silent majority" of supporters for good or bad...it does not matter.

This country is in "stupid and uneducated" domain. Personally I would be insulting anyone asking government to do anything. It is your oil, let your kids choke on it.

Is it that this government doesn't know about this popular primary school idiomatic expression “those who go a-borrowing, go a-sorrowing...whether shortly or the eventual future, that debt is going to have to be repaid.

You keep borrowing with nothing to show for it. undecided

How do they plan on repaying all these borrowing/debts?
Very idiotic post. All.. (not some) economic entities borrow. The fact that you are in business or earning a salary is because either you, an employer, a customer was able to bridge his operations in spite of the fact that some of his customers have not paid. All the advanced countries Nigerians run to are at above 90% of GDP debt levels. China from whom Nigeria is borrowing a lot from for infrastructure is itself owing $7Tr ($7000bn).

Borrowing is why you can keep money in a bank and expect the value to increase, stay constant or at least not depreciate too much.

Nigeria's debt per capita is less than $300. That is very little money to be paid over ten years for railways, airports, roads, bridges and power unless you want to go back to village life, chewing stick and drinking paimwine debt free

This is exactly why if you dare another violent #EndSARS protest necessitating use of the Army anywhere in Nigeria, we the citizens will stone you in the streets.
You are working for Boko Haram.
You want terrorists to over run the country.

Any protests that is not done with for thought and good mob control should have the organizers been liable for damages or manslaughter in the case of fatality
PoliticsRe: Temitope Majekodunmi: Why There Are Errors In Leaked EndSARS Report by RiceProducers: 6:49am On Nov 18, 2021
What is good governance? Nigerians are crooked and hateful of each other. They will get crooked and hateful governance.

The protesters should not have been there anyway so the leaders of the protests are also guilty.

It is only low IQ people who think Nigerians are good and their government is bad.

optimusprime2:
The day the country gets good Governance, is the day controversies will end...

Just imagine how the FG has declared that Green Grass is purple and the masses mostly agree that; Yes indeed! Green Grass is purple... (oppression)

There are even some who can't say Green Grass is Green because they don't trust their visual and perception faculties anymore due to FG and other factors, they are genuinely confused... (Confusion)

There are those who don't even care about Green Grass being any colour, because it won't feed them...(unpatriotism)

Then the one's who maintain that Green Grass is actually Green, are subjected to persecution or live in fear...(Fear)

Now that's a country... SMH
