I am genuinely puzzled by some of the posts here. Personally I think the NN is going about things the right way:
1) territorial waters;
2) contiguous zone;
3) exclusive economic zone;
4) continental shelf area;
5) UNCLOS AOR.

Every bit of literature I've read from the NN speaks to this logical progression in the attainment of assets and capabilities.
So why do people here keep mentioning their wishlists? Do they think the NN has got it wrong and they- from their armchairs- know better?
