I'm in the F2B category and currently filling out AOS. My father filed for me but I also have a joint sponsor in person of my sister however, my sister files taxes jointly with her husband. I'll be submitting their jointly filled tax transcript.
I believe my sister will have to fill a joint sponsor I-864A AOS form. On it she has to write her income,

1. Will she write her individual or joint income?
2. Will her husband, who she files taxes jointly with, have to fill a AOS form? If yes, which?

Any kids above 21 years without CSPA protection slid off your petition. I have a son 21 years plus 7 months that wouldn't be going with me again that will qualify for f2b. Your kids will go to F2b if unmarried but F2b doesn't have derivatives so their kids can't go with them.. And if married they will only wait till you become a citizen and you file for them under F3. F3 allow derivatives.

Now at Ekok, you board a car going either to Bamenda,Douala or kumba depending on your destination city but I must warn you that a civil war is going on. First, you can go to the airlines offices at the airport to confirm it when you pretend buying ticket from them and open up that you want to confirm if it's real.

The guy that co sponsor for me did something with his tax filling, such that the taxable part of his gross income was so small (5000). So kindly explain to me how the income work for sponsor if you understand it, does it means that the annual taxable Income must be higher than the 125% of the poverty line for the required household number involved, Or it’s the annual gross income they look at .

In your sponsor's household, it is 2 plus you and you wife it makes 4. What is not clear to me is your 2 kids and your wife's.
Are they showing on your welcome letter? If they show, whether they are accompanying you now or following to join, you must add them. 78k+27k covers even all the 7 of you.

Addition: your case is unusual.
Even 125% poverty guidelines for 7 people is around 50k +.
Just submit the wife's 27k docs.

1, I am the only one traveling for now but I have two kids from my previous marriage and they are stated on my form i130 ( not that they are going with me now) so do they count as part of my household,
2, my present wive have a daughter.
3, and my joint sponsor have his wife as a dependent on his form i864.
By my counting that is five of us and he makes $78,000
For the year 2019 the CO was asking for. ( he rejected it anyway)
More so the wive make around $27000 for same year but on her IRS tax she have 3 kids ( the kids are over
20 years old of age) so the question is will those kids raise the number of people in his household. Thanks

Technically you can add his wife as household member/co sponsor and submit I-864A. But the most importsnt issue is that you must know the figure you are to achieve as per 125% poverty guidelines. How many members are in your sponsor's family plus yours?

I know that, in most cases they do not ask or look at the documents that you bring with you to the interview, but it clearly stated on CEAC to bring the originals of all documents uploaded to CEAC to the interview, it is better safe than sorry.

I will suggest that, if the document has been uploaded to CEAC but lost on their local PC, login to CEAC and download the copy you previously submitted and take it along with you to the interview.
