Common sense dictates that you should enter Russia with a ticket and fan id. But you can always get tickets while in Russia.
I'll be coming in on the 26th via domodevo. Will be lodging at Moscow. I'd like to watch the matches at the Luzhniki and Spartak Stadiums.

Also those selling tickets.. well I don't know how that works.. but I know we had to scan both fan ID n ticket before we could enter the stadium.. and immediately we did.. our photo came up.. I don't know how Uchenna fan ID will scan thru Segun awati ticket.

Get ur facts right. The name on the ticket doesn't matter. Once the ticket is valid u can watch ur match. The ticket is scanned yea but name verification is only done on the fan id..

This Russia waka is not clear yet on D-Visa application. The Estonian embassy in Russia is insisting we apply for a TRP first and get a confirmation from the Police/Border guard before we can apply for a D-Visa, which is not feasible.
Apparently until the decision is reversed or changed, guys should put a hold on Russia.

Don't come to Estonia and Be in a hurry to go and meet your paddy or folks in other EU country if u are unlucky u will be deported right there and there ! Somome just got deported ! Its not really about the rate, its the offshore, telex charge, commission and vat.

No problem whatsoever with the Estonia embassy, your passport will get stamped at the POE I believe, with the fan Id,you are in Russia LEGALLY,that's what the embassy cares about.

Go to view application on dream apply, on the tabs on your left, you'll see print. uncheck documents and print all others. sign on the column provided on the last page.

The links you posted are not available but maybe you're talking about PHD language requirement not masters, attached is a screenshot of Euroacademy, the only school with masters courses open for application on dreamapply for 2018 applicants.

I've checked Tallinn university especially, one course they were offering for MA that Tartu was offering too, it didn't have PTE. I checked others Estonian Arts Academy too. So except you're talking about PhD, only Tartu accepts PTE for masters


PS: I've not checked Tallinn Tech because they are not offering the courses I want. PTE is good but for those that want to apply to many universities, TOEFL or IELTS will offer a wider variety of courses to pick from

Last year I went to Estonia for a short course on Dora Plus scholarship. At Estonian embassy in New Delhi, I removed my sponsor's statement of account because I thought it was no longer necessary. The visa officer requested for it. I told her am on a scholarship (not just tuition waiver but I was also paid). She said it is still required. So I gave it to her.

I understand now.

You have to submit 6months statement of account. So the huge amount should be there in the last 6months prior to visa application. And ofcourse there should be transactions in the account too.

hi Slysite4real, is concerning this second leg (thats the estonian embassy), if you have a tuition waiver do you still need to present like a solid statement? does having a tuition waiver have any effect on the statement to be presented?

Hello folks. 9th May (being tomorrow) is the deadline for my documents. The ones I sent on my own (copies of diploma and passport) have all gotten to them but, the challenge is my transcript which was delayed by my undergraduate school though it has been sent just recently but, I'm not sure if it'll get to them by this deadline.

What do you guys reckon citing the scenario above? I'll appreciate your kind responses.

Send them a mail asap stating your challenges. also include the tracking ID if possible and the expected date of arrival.
