My worry is you making a mistake in the surgical room because of fatigue... And when that happens, they won't hesitate to withdraw your licence and the management won't say that they were the one calling you..
Your job is just like that of the pilot that did not have enough sleep and were carrying passengers to and fro.

You seems not to have anytime due to the nature of your job... or maybe time management..

How do they plan your work shifts?... Maybe you can consider removing your name from the "on call" list so that if there are emergencies, they will call other doctors... Surely you are not the only doctor in that hospital unit...

Try and look for a lady in a teaching profession (primary or secondary) and see if you can build a relationship... They are the most patient people on the planet.. and it will suit your career as well cool

As for his job, no one knows if he can continue to keep it based on prohibiting nature of students and lecturer romantic contract that may have been signed... But he should clear his name first...

Honestly, I didn't see anything on this statement... It's just the school authorities dancing around the answers in order not to say that they were not silent about it..

Since there were 75 students that embarked on that journey for the competition, how many teachers went with them? what is the ratio of teachers assigned for each students over there...U can't have maybe 3 teachers to take care of 75 kids on a journey....

The failure to admit the negligence on their own part speaks volumes of the fact that no one ever wants to take responsibility or be accountable for anything... instead they are talking about disciplinary actions ..

Assuming the parents refused to permit their kids to go for the competition, it would not have happened at least they( the parent) will be accountable for their children's whereabouts....They trusted that the school authorities will take care of the kids entrusted to their care, instead they let this nonsense happen...
