When you surrender your life to JESUS, that is the first step. You Press towards Sanctification which is removal of the adamic nature of Sin. When that is done, you press towards having to be Filled with the HOLYGHOST. It's a whole new level. Not all believers are Filled the Holyghost. Speaking in tongues is not what you learn to do. Speaking in Tongues is an Evidence of HolySpirit in you. Every believer who claims to be Filled with the HolySpirit should have the evidence of speaking Mysteries But note, you can't be living in sin and claim you have the HolySpirit and you can speak in tongues. There is nothing you can do to be Saved and Escape the Wrath of the Great Tribulation than to surrender Genuinely to JESUS Christ and have Genuie relationship with HIM.
