1. Since Peter obi declared to run for presidency, the chants of biafra or death by seccessionist ipob has died down to an all time low. Ipob, massob no longer releases secessionist threats and statements, Ipob supporters no longer litter nairaland potitics section with biafra or death chants, those who usually champion the biafra movement on facebook and twitter with puerile, toxic comments vilifying all dissenting opinions have gone Ghostmode. Where have these armies in their thousands camped?
What does this tell you? That the biafra seccessionist movement is a manipulative and negotiative tool employed by ipob to guilt trip, blackmail the rest of Nigeria into handing power to someone sympathetic to their cause.

2 Following the arrest of the ipob supreme leader Mazi NnamdI kanu, the ipob members and supporters have been like a host of scattered, directionless sheeps without a shepherd. Although, one of ipobs foremost leaders SIMON EKPA tried to assume leadership of the group,his agenda failed to resonate with the yearns of the entire ipob populace, so it is not surprising that like homeless puppies in need of shelter during heavy rainfall, they have all camped behind Peter obi and endorsed him since they know that the only way NnamdI kanu can be released and biafra attained is by supporting someone sympathetic to their cause, so they masquerade as patriots masking their biafra movement agenda in the hope that they can appear acceptable to the nigerian people ostensibly to push an agenda that the end thereof seeks to disintegrate Nigeria, their pattern and mannerism of engagement betrays their cause.
Those who supported Peter obi for being a credible candidate are now been wary by the extremist views of peter obi supporters.
It is now clear to all and sundry that it is not Peter obi his supporters promote but an underlying motive and cause they are too cowardly to project squarely.

If you fail to give PDP a substantial number of votes in Se, in the next four years people will remind you on how you waisted your vote, hence you have no bargaining powers.

Just look at how everyone was shouting and making noise that they'll vote Osibanjo in place of tinubu during the primary, to make him the flag bearer of Apc.

I know is people that pushed Osibanjo in the presidential race and even encouraged him financially, morally and physically.

Even the party delegates, the party strongmen and other people that have mouth in APC and nigeruans as a whole were supporting Osibanjo, but see how it ended.

Some even said Osibanjo is the main man. But on the day of primary election, let betrayed him and voted the person (Tinubu) that they were condemning.

So my own opinion is that Peter Obi should not waste his money on Campaigns or anything election, because Nigerians will desert and betray him on the day of election. Pls help me to pass my advice to him.

During the time of the civic war between Nigeria and Biafra, theyve constituted it that Igbos can never be a President or lead Nigeria as a country again, because they've rebelled again Nigeria.

And again if truly you know about Nigeria Politics; Igbos are not even recognised in the Political system of Nigeria right from time.

Look at the case of Atiku, he can never choose an Igbo man as his VP, look at the case of Obj he didn't take Igbo man as VP, during buhari he didn't take igbo man as VP, even Tinubu will never take an Igbo man as VP.

The truth is the Power and the pillar of the Nigeria Politics is in the North and the truth is the North will never vote an Igbo man.

And the 2 people (Atiku and Tinubu) that Peter Obi want to contest with are strongmen in Nigeria Politics, so no way for Peter Obi to beat them.

And lastly his supporters are keyboard warriors, celebrities and online noisemaker, which on the day or election they won't leave their house, but will only be following the election updates on their TVs or online. Nigeria Politics is not an online game at all, is a physical game.

I'm not supporting anyone, but I'm just advising him to channel his energy into something better.

The acting accountant-general of the federation (AGF) Anamekwe Nwabuoku, says Nigeria is borrowing money to pay salaries.

Nwabuoku said this on Tuesday, June 24, at a retreat organised by the office of the AGF for members of the technical sub-committee on cash management (TSCM) in Abuja.

He explained that there is an increase in government expenditure due to rising security challenges and the social needs of the citizenry.

“We have to borrow to augment payment of salaries and wages. This shows we are in very difficult times. Government income is highly challenged,” Nwabuoku said.

“The theme and objective of the retreat couldn’t have been better captioned, given the fiscal challenges at the moment. Records available indicate that due to dwindling revenues, the treasury had to resort to other sources to augment the payment of federal government public servants.

“There is an increase in government expenditure due to increasing security challenges and social needs of the citizenry.”

Nwabuoku said there should be deliberate efforts to revert the trend through fiscal discipline, economic diversification, export sector promotion and plunging revenue leakages, among others, to ensure revenue inflow.

He added: “Now that these challenges stare us in the face, you are all expected at this gathering to come out with ideas that will push us through.

“Therefore, we must all, at this retreat, strive towards identifying the challenges to revenue generation and other means of enhancing inflow into federal government cash box; ensuring the cutting down the cost of governance in the most acceptable way and ensuring synergy amongst and within stakeholders in the sub-committee.”
