jesusjnr2020: Biblical Proof Jesus Visited The Poor
Matthew 8:14-15 (KJV)
And when Jesus was come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever. And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered unto them.
So let no servant of mammon lie to you that Jesus never visited the poor, because according to the Bible Jesus didn't only visit the poor but the first ever person's house Jesus visited during the course of His ministry on Earth, was that of a poor fisherman (who could toil all night without catching any fish. Luke 5:5) called Simon Peter.
Akpabio and Okowa get mind sha. Really pathetic. And the so called EFCC would come out on TV to shine teeth telling you how they are fighting corruption and they will fight it to the latter. Everyday in Nigeria, we breath corruption, we sleep with corruption and we eat corruption.
I was discussing with a friend of mine few days ago on the issue of building or buying a house and renting it out and I told him why I will never do that and this was one of my reasons, rather, I can buy a house and then resell instead of renting it out. The wickedness of some tenants is nothing close to that of the devil.
Nsiehi: Peter Obi did not launch any ID card stuff, he has no hand in it. Obidents did.
We've heard you. Stop sounding pained please, no be Peter Obi put us for this situation, allow the young man rest please. Obi doesn't have structure, Obi doesn't have any sitting governor backing him, Obi doesn't do this Obi doesn't do that yet anywhere you people hear about Peter Obi you jump into it and start typing your usual nonsense. You guys should allow him rest please. If he didn't launch it himself but was done by Obidients, the question is for what purpose? Some of you will not channel your hatred to the right individuals its always on Peter Obi yet the country is getting messier by the day. If Peter Obi were to be the President of Nigeria today and the country is the way it is with all the killings and kidnappings, bombing here and there, I believe some of you will be on the streets from day one asking for his head but look at the situation today, even worst than Jonathan's tenure that you lots, your political slave masters and ever clergy men occupied Nigeria asking for Jonathan's head. Nobody wants to do that again, everyone has suddenly gone dumb yet the evil they saw during Jonathan's tenure is nothing compared to what's happening today, you lots have turned to online warriors in defence of things you would have gone against simply because you want to play your usual tribal games. Look at the exchange rates, prices of goods, petrol, insecurity etc. Sometimes I dey shame for una.
Putindbutt: I thought the bot was supposed to delete comments laced with insults and tribalism. Why is it banning comments devoid of insults and tribalism?. Immediately you make a comment, it deletes it automatically. It has been deleting and banning users comments indiscriminately. The fact that users accounts are restored after 30 minutes does not change the fact that the bot is attacking people's comments indiscriminately. Who's checking the bot?. Abeg, let the Moderators do their job otherwise people will be discouraged and forced to abandon the forum. I come in peace.
The owner, the bot and the moderators, anyone get sense? they like setting things which they cannot monitor and that has always been the problem. Some moderators will leave their major duties and will be creating threads that massage their ego and then manipulate their ways to the front page while the bot is reckless without Monitoring.
netricoin: Any of the 2 will not b bad 4 peter obi. If peter obi is d presidential candidate 4 LP he stand a good chance to perform better than in 2023 IF peter obi is d VP to atiku in SDP or in PDP it can help atiku win 2027 election but can coalition really work?

Atiku is no more sellable, if there would be a coalition, Peter Obi should be the Presidential candidate while Atiku should be Vice.
blacksam01: It is long overdue as most landlords have charged tenants to penury and homelessness...
These are my own proposal for law on landlord and tenant:
1. The landlord reserve the right to set his price for accomodations in his house.. however,
2. The landlord cannot increase the rent by more than 15% of the previous rent
2. The landlord cannot increase the rent before a period less than 4 years from the previous increament
3. If the landlord wants a tenant out by reason of "I want to make use of the property"... He cannot put another tenant into the room for rent purpose for at least 12 months..
4. Any new tenant brought in after rule (3) must not pay rent more than 15% of the existing tenants..
5. If the landlord evicts tenants for reason of renovations, the physical upgrade must be evident after eviction before new set of tenants can come in...
6. If after rule (5), the landlord cannot increase the rent by more than 20% of previous rents...
What do u think guyz..?
You don't have any right to set anything for anybody. You no give them money to build house.
BABANGBALI: Pope Francis broke some rules when he was elected the Pope on 13th March, 2013 in order to bring in his simple life.
While they were dressing him up before the announcement and subsequent greeting and prayers before the people of God, he somehow surprised the Cardinals who elected him and the Bishops who were present.
He rejected 3 things on his body as a dress code.
~ The papal Red customized Shoes for the Popes and asked for his ONLY black shoe he has been wearing as the Archbishop in Argentina.
~ He rejected the Gold Pectoral Cross meant for the Popes alone and decided to go with Old Simple silver Cross he used as an Archbishop.
~ He rejected the ermine-trimmed red velvet Mozzetta which has been so customary to many Popes before him, calling it "Royal".
After greeting the crowd at St. Peter's Basilica Square who gathered that night to herald the new Pope, he also refused to be taken back to his room with the Limousine made available that night for him. He later joined the other Cardinals in the common Bus taking them back to their quarters.
The next morning he also rejected the Mercedes Benz Bullet proof car brought for his use, and instead went with the simple economy car. He asked them to take him to the Basilica of St. Mary Major, that was the first Church he entered to pray after his election as Pope, and that is the same place he has asked to be buried.
He rejected the Papal "Apostolic Palace" and instead took a space at the Casa Santa Marta, where he owns three rooms - a living room, a study and a bedroom and all of them small spaces, just like rooms meant for students in Boarding schools.
He was the first Pope to live outside the Apostolic Palace since 17th Century.
He will be the first Pope to be buried outside St. Peter's Basilica since over 120yrs.
It may be interesting to note that his simple life didn't start as a Pope. He has been known in Argentina as the Archbishop who NEVER dressed as an Archbishop.
When he was appointed a Cardinal by Pope St. John Paul II, he didn't get new Robes for cardinals, he rather took the old ones from his predecessor(s), took them to the tailor to arrange them to fit him.😂
Across the globe, the rich and people in positions of power emphasize their status by using luxury brand cars and designers clothes and jewelries. Francis has always refused such status symbols.
On becoming Archbishop of Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1998, he sold the big car that his predecessor used and found a new job for the chauffeur.😂
As pope, he has frequently railed against clergy or religious who drive in the latest model cars, denouncing it as “a scandal” and an offense to the poor.
God1000: Pope Francis’ wooden coffin was sealed on Friday night, in a private rite that officially ends three days of his body lying in state at the Vatican.
About 250,000 people filed through St. Peter’s Basilica to pay their final respects to Francis, who was the first pope from Latin America and the first from the Jesuit order.
The liturgical rite of closing his coffin was led by the Cardinal Camerlengo Kevin Farrell, the acting head of the church, who is tasked with making arrangements for the pope’s funeral. Farrell, a Dublin-born cleric who became a naturalized American citizen, was formerly the Bishop of Dallas, in Texas.
This pope is rejoicing in heaven right now with other saints.
NewDigitalWorld: Former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs and All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain in Delta State, Elder GodsDay Orubebe, has welcomed Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and the PDP family into the APC, noting that the decision of the Governor to join the APC is very key to the development of Delta State.
Orubebe described the defections at this time in our nation’s political history as a courageous and strategic step that reflects a commitment to the progress and unity of Delta State and Nigeria as a whole.
The former Minister, who stated this in a statement, noted that in the past 20 months in office Governor Oborevwori has demonstrated capacity and shown that he is a Governor for all Deltans.
The statement reads: “I warmly welcome the Executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, and the PDP Family into the All Progressives Congress (APC). Their decision to join the APC at this pivotal time in our nation’s political history is a courageous and strategic step that reflects a commitment to the progress and unity of Delta State and Nigeria as a whole.
“Governor Oborevwori has demonstrated uncommon leadership and commitment to the development of Delta State. I particularly commend his bold steps in infrastructure development, which have had direct and positive impacts on the lives of ordinary Deltans.
“Governor Oborevwori’s positive decisive action in the reconstruction of the long-abandoned Ohorhor-Bomadi Road is more than a Blessing to our people. That road, which generations of leaders had promised to fix but abandoned is finally receiving the attention it deserves under his watch. The Ijaw people are happy and will not forget this.
“Since assuming office, Governor Oborevwori has shown himself to be a listening leader—one who is genuinely attuned to the yearnings and aspirations of the people. This has been evident in his consultative approach to governance and his willingness to prioritize projects that directly affect the grassroots. His brand of inclusive leadership is what we in the APC welcome and embrace, as we work to build a stronger, more united Delta.
“The engagement of Julius Berger—a globally renowned construction firm—for major road infrastructure and ultra-modern flyovers is another commendable milestone. For the first time in the history of Delta State, we are seeing such a reputable company being engaged to deliver world-class projects. This bold move alone sets Governor Oborevwori apart and sends a strong message about his commitment to quality and long-term infrastructural development.
“As a chieftain of the APC in Delta State and a former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, I understand the immense challenges that come with leadership. I also know the significance of having experienced, tested, and development-oriented leaders within our fold. The entrance of Governor Oborevwori and other PDP Leaders into the APC brings new energy, fresh perspectives, and a wealth of experience that will surely strengthen our party ahead of 2027.
“This is not the time for division, but for unity. We must all close ranks, put aside political differences, and focus on what truly matters—the welfare of our people and the future of Delta State. The APC in Delta is big enough to accommodate everyone, and I am confident that together, with Sheriff Oborevwori and other progressive leaders, we will chart a new and greater course for our state.
“Once again, I wholeheartedly welcome His Excellency Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori and Other PDP Leaders and Members. I urge all APC members across the state to open their hearts and arms to these new entrants. Let us build bridges, not walls, and focus on delivering the dividends of democracy to our people.

Is it possible to file for divorce through Ministry of Women affairs and social inclusions?
I have been manipulated by my "wife", in quote because I didn't pay her bride price, I did an introduction and they collected an EMPIRE BASKET full of fruits
We had 3 children together but my wife is JOBLESS and DESTRUCTIVE at the same time (double tragedy) I had set up a business for her on 3 different occasions but failed, I even sold my car and gave her the money without taking a dime.
We had a misunderstanding on 26/11/2024 and she went to bring civil defense officers to my place of work, on 27th/11/2024 I sent her packing.
They are currently at BARIKA, UI second gate, Ibadan, living with the grandmother. I told her to enrol the children in public schools in IBADAN, I gave her #30,200 in addition to 50 exercise books, school bag, 5kg rice, SALLAH clothe, school sandals. The items were sent through a commercial driver but she lied. I went to IBADAN on 18/4/2025 only to discovered that the children are not in school, they are helping the grandmother to sell OGOGORO in her shop.
I knelt down and begged the grandmother several times, I left IBADAN around 7:20pm and arrived ILORIN around 11:37pm due to heavy downpour. The grandmother is not responding to calls from my family members, even as I speak
I went to SANGO police station but I was told to go to the ministry of women affairs and social inclusions.
A date has been fixed 5/5/2025. I want the children to be enrolled in public schools and I will be sending the necessary writing materials and school fees through the School principal and class teachers
Make una calm down marry, una no dey hear. You sell your car carry money give woman in the name of I care about my wife. You open business the first, second and it failed yet you no learn lesson till the third time. The red flags full ground but you ignored rather, dey busy dey reproduce. Just pray, just pray.
Gov. Sim Fubara of Rivers State would likely defect to the APC in the coming days or he will be allowed to remain in the PDP for the sake of Wike who is power hungry and shouldn't forget he cannot use the PDP to grab power in 2031 as he has succeeded in destroying the party with Atiku. Wike should better defect to the APC.
Peter Obi shocked everyone including the opponents. He's a man that's admired even from people in the other divide, although, they all pretend not to admire him. Peter Obi remains the only man that did it and will ever do it.
Igirigimercenar: I just hope that the southwest doesn't cry wolf when another president tries to do half of what they are doing now
Infact, they should brace up for what is coming their way after tinubu's administration. Lagos will be taken away from them. And if they put up any resistance, then river state template will be replayed
One day, a southern president from either Rivers state, Delta, Cross River or Akwa Ibom will declare a state of emergency in lagos, suspend the governor for 6 months, appoint a sole administrator from Adamawa state and then extend it to another 6 months. A precedent has been set and it will be followed in due course. Politics na your mate?
phemmylink: In summary, Nyesom Wike is connected with the Ahithophel spirit through perceived traits and political behaviors that mirror those of Ahithophel, the biblical advisor to King David who turned against him. The Ahithophel spirit represents offense, betrayal, manipulation, and seeking influence through strategic counsel—often for personal revenge or political gain.
Wike, once a loyal member of the PDP and influential in its affairs, was later seen by many as betraying his party, especially during the 2023 elections when he supported opposition interests against his own party’s presidential candidate. This shift is interpreted by some as driven by offense, unmet expectations, or a quest for personal relevance—echoing Ahithophel’s actions after being bypassed by Absalom.
The comparison draws attention to how unresolved offense and ambition can lead influential leaders to become agents of division, even when they initially served with wisdom and loyalty.
Interesting15: The scripture of truth admonishes us to learn to number our days with the end goal of gaining a heart of wisdom (or starting living life on the frequency of divine wisdom). In other words, in our daily activities, we will always choose to remember that at the end of each day, we are getting closer to returning back to the space of eternity where God commissioned us from before we were born into this world.
Wisdom will then tutor and compel us to always make the right choices each day to enable us to fulfill God's purpose for us on earth, while at the same time investing heavily in our eternity (the quality of your existence in eternity will be heavily dependent on your choices on earth). Wisdom will tutor us to live each day, pleasing God through faith in Christ Jesus and maintaining a solid intimate relationship with Him.
