Bros that is why I said 50km/per because I am into fitness and I know what I am talking about. 19 days is a lot for 778km haba
Well I still find it hard to believe.

Truth234:
I think because he doesn't understand the fundamental of what he is talking about.

If average human walking speed is about 5.0 kilometres per hour (km/h), let say this guy walked 50km in 12 hours, including rest. it should take him 15.56 days to complete 778km. To have spent 19 days means he took his time or rest more.

People should at least conduct their research before criticizing.
Have you considered the weather factor? The hot sun!!! and then 5.0km/hr hmmnn!!!

The Egyptian president should visit Nigeria if he want any cooperation with GMB. Nigeria is still the giant of Africa and our president elect can't be summoned in such manner by any African President. The president of Ghana, Cote D'ivoire and some other African countries have already visited the president elect. Nothing stops El-Sisi from doing same.
You are 100 percent right. He should visit GMB or GMB should only go there if it is needed and/or at GMB own available time. I'm not a fan of GMB but I trust him not to stoop so low and start rushing there.

OXYGEN011:
Obama visited the President of Ghana so Ghana is better and greater than U.S.A I guess.I don't know why there are sooo many fools in nigeria who reasoned with their ass.
iamord:
u answered him well. So dumb
You are even more dumb. Ignoramus pls get enlightened before you call someone dumb.

Yes agreed, Obama visited Ghana but don't forget that Obama was on a working visit to Africa and he picked the 3 African countries he wanted to visit and made a stop over at Ghana. Ghana president never invited him but he was happy to have him. Very few countries will turn down Obama's request to visit them. You can't just invite Obama to your country and he will jump on the plane and start coming. No no, not even any of the G8 can do it. He will only go if it is worth it. That's why you see the secretary of the state Kerry doing all the travelling.

Several of the militia men were arrested as well as arms and ammunition recovered. Those arrested are already undergoing interrogation.

UrennaNkoli:
This was shared on his Facebook page.

As Nigeria returns to the polls tomorrow, I encourage all registered voters to come out en masse and exercise their right to vote. I have instructed our security agents to fully facilitate the right of Nigerians to choose leaders of their choice at the gubernatorial and assembly levels by remaining non partisan and ensuring that we all vote in a secure environment. Because of their sacrifice in securing our nation, we can all be confident to come out and vote our conscience all over the federation. I urge contestants to respect the will of the people as we promote a new Nigeria that is a pacesetter and light bearer in the practice of democratic politics without bitterness. May God bless Nigeria. GEJ

I keep telling people that the problem of this country is our Legislators and not the President. Over 70% of our annual budget goes into recurrent expenditure. GEJ tried slashing their allowances, they rejected it. Can GMB do it by appealing to them?

The answer is NO. 70% of our Legislators will kick against it.

Vote APC
Change 2015
This clearly shows that Tinubu is the de facto ruler of Lagos state. No true progressive will bank on a godfather to win election. Yet you APC fanatics are shouting CHANGE smh!

As for the Oba, he will be the one to die first.

Weddings has made Nigerians tourist, every other weekend, one seems to have a wedding or two in a different part of the country and you have to register your presence
Last weekend, I travelled by road to Benin from Port Harcourt for the wedding of one of my close pals, I was amazed at the transformation in the East-West road, I lost count of the number of Bridges constructed just to ensure the road is dual carriage with 3 lanes. I must give kudos to Arch Onelemen and Jonathan for this, transformation comparing with the last time I plied the road.
I arrived Benin in record time before even the church wedding started many thanks to the good state of the federal highway which has reduced Journey time which previously used to be up to 6 hours to less than 4 hours.
On my way from the bus terminal to the Hotel where my friend stayed I took a taxi and engaged the taxi driver in a discuss.
Me: My Friend how you dey?
Taxi driver: Oga, I bam.
Me: Na who you dey support for this election
Taxi Driver: Oga, I no go lie give you, Na Jonathan I dey support.
Me: you get particular reason?
Taxi driver: we been dey spend long time to reach Lagos before now but Jonathan done do Lagos Benin road for us, I fit count other things wey him done do for Edo state.
Me: why you no support Buhari?
Taxi driver: hmmm, shebi them talk say the youths Na leaders of tommorrow? Na when the tommorrow wan start Na? The man dey drag age mate with my grand papa Na...any youth wey Sabi what'sup no go vote for Buhari...
I had to try to control myself from laughing.
He went on explaining how Buhari does not have anything to offer the present,on how he was easily overthrown as president. I was amazed at his level of awareness.
He mentioned that he has moved from where he registered and may have a challenge voting.
I convinced him to ensure his voice is head by voting, he promised me he will be sleeping over in his former area on Friday night so he can vote on Saturday morning.
That is dedication and sacrifice for a better Nigeria with GEJ.
His final words: MAKE JONATHAN DO SECOND TERM.
I also spoke to a couple of people in Benin, they all said the same thing....#Jonathantill2019.
I am convinced that Edo state is voting enmasse for president Jonathan.
Join the winning team.

PoliticsRe: Safest Cities/states To Stay In Nigeria During The Coming Elections. by ritux: 2:02pm On Mar 16, 2015
SEEMESEEMEO:
I stay in abuja, though most if my friends have plans to leave this city once the coming elections approaches but I intend to stay because I feel the FCT is safer than other cities in the country, if you have a contrary opinion, pls share, where would you be during the coming elections and where do you think is the safest city/state to be, your opinion matters.
I live and work in Abuja. Due to the nature of my working place and expart staff, we always get intels report on security from UN, SSS, American embassy. In regards to the coming election, inside Abuja should be very safe. But outskirts of Abuja might be problematic. I mean those small satellite towns around Abuja. In my working place, we have been advised to work from home on Monday and Tuesday after the elections while studying the situation. On Friday before the election, we are closing by 12 noon. Most of the expatriate workers have bought their ticket for 24th, 25th and 26th.

As for me, I am travelling to my home state. I reside in Gwarinpa and I can't speak one bit of hausa.

CrimeRe: 3 Die, Others Injured Trying To Escape From Customs Officers by ritux: 9:46am On Feb 28, 2015
Reference:
Yet they will berate the same customs as being corrupt when they see contraband goods in the markets. That is why I will always say that Nigeria is the way it is because of the aggregate thinking of its people. Nigeria is corrupt and lawless as it is because the average Nigerian has corrupt and lawless sympathies. As a test, in response to this just view where the blame for this tragedy goes 90 percent to authorities, laws and institutions, 10 percent to the perpetuators. They will say poverty but what causes poverty, crime. They will say government but do the people who demand.justice have clean hands.

I am sad for them but have no sympathies. We cannot continue to live like this and expect this country to change.
Yea, you are very right. Most of us keep shouting CHANGE CHANGE CHANGE!!! Forgetting the fact that we are part of the problems in this country. We really need to change our mindset on how we do things. That is the difference between the black man and white man. Even if the social amenities we see in the western world are brought here, Nigerians will still abuse the use of them.

Personally, I don't give police bribe on the road because my vehicle papers are complete and original. It's only when u dont have complete papers that you start dodging from police. Last month, I was travelling with my inlaw. We got to a check point and police asked me to pull over. My inlaw said I should continue without stopping. I said no. The worse is that the police will only waste my time. I told him I will rather stop. It will be so bad that I will attempt to run away and some happy trigger police will shoot at me.
CrimeRe: 3 Die, Others Injured Trying To Escape From Customs Officers by ritux: 9:03am On Feb 28, 2015
Everyone seems to blame custom without blaming the driver for not stopping. That is the problem with us Nigerians. We all blame the govt for everything. Why carry contraband items when you know they are illegal? After we keep shouting our politicians are corrupt.
They women were simply greedy. They know how much profits they will make from selling the okrika clothes. They should have stopped and sorted the custom guyz. If they were caught, they would still have found a way of getting back their seized goods.

But does the women want just the money? embarassed

This is an Opinion Poll and so many ladies and guys have a thing or two to say.
8 years!!!

This is unbelievable. If the money is good, why don't he invite the wife and kid for a visit every 3 months or 6 months? One thing is certain, the money is not good. I don't see any reason why I can't invite my wife to SA for visit every 6 months if I earn at least 400k naira. I mean he wont spend more than a months salary on flight ticket.

There is something wrong somewhere.
