Techwriter: I can see that the overwhelming way Christmas is celebrated round the world has become a threat to the religeon of Islam. The funfare (even some muslims in Nigeria participate)makes the Muslims feel they are loosing ground. In other to restore their confidence in the religion, they post threads like this on the front page on a Christmas day-In the peak of Christians' festival. What a tactics.

Has anybody notice the amount of copycatting in Islam?
1. They copied the Bible and religion mainly from the Roman Catholic perspective anyway(the rosary,scapula, fatima etc)
2. They preach behind a pulpit on television, with audience sitting on a chair
3. They hold night vigils and Sunday services
4. Preach in the bus
5. Use fireworks/banger during Salah
etc
All these formerly christian practices have been adopted by Lagos Muslims in a bid to beat the competition. Funny enough christians still dont count them as competitors and have never adopted nothing from Islam.

Ilekokonit: Because men have learnt from Divorced and Seperated men that all your efforts on a so called good girl may be a waste of time, effort and money on the long run 5 years into marriage because most of our Westernised sisters are copying home breaking skills in the West all in the name of Feminism.

The current rise in "Independent woman syndrome" and "Delayed womens liberation" in our westernised sisters is making any rational man shun such women afterall, it is better to reside in a small corner of the roof than live with a brawling woman in a mansion

No man wants to marry a woman who behaves like a man. We all love feminine women and westernised women are not feminine in their ways

So when examples abound of ungrateful and poison tongued women, do you expect a sane man to put all his emotions and effort into pursuing someone who 5 years down the line may suddenly become cantankerous
