Let me tell you a lil story.
After service year 2013 ......I was in my parent house for 8month with no job... i attend interviews but was never called ,my dad friends and uncle who promised me jobs no one came through.
One day I decided to go down to ogun state and find a job from lag....there lots of companies In sango area....I went to some but the security men told they weren't hiring ...luckily for me one told me to try dangote cement in ilaro ,have never been there before infact I knew no one there.
The next day I asked around and got there .....It was a massive plant with lot of people at the gate....I asked around on how to get a Job and was clearly told I needed serious connections...After finishing school my parent were still giving 25k pocket money every month and I was eating at home but i needed my own money.
I decided to take up a casual worker job there in the plant which was 12k per two weeks...my dear it was a terrible job but I did it for 1yr and 4 month.
When the new lines was completed for production, new engineers were needed.....I got the info early because people already knew i am a graduate of mech engine....immediately I called my boss in charge of my unit and he drove me down to the admin ....immediately my name was taken down and I did a short interview.
2weeks later my employment letter came out and that was it.

Nothing come easy.....life is meant to be hard my dear.....excuses only beget failure.

Just try and look at it from another prospective, "What if you were poor" could you have remained in that position long enough to get that amazing job, the answer is No, 24k a month wont be enough if you are handling the responsibility of your family members, your parents, siblings.

Take for example I had a cousin who is an only child, he was give basically everything, when he was in school, he can ask for 50k from his Dad and he will he given, he use this money and started a business which is so successful now because he had help what about a friend of mine

When Ultimate cycler came (a ponzi scheme) we were the first to hear about it, my friend invested in it and made 200k before it crashed, me on the other hand couldn't do it because I didn't have any money, my friend now have a good business and is very rich.
Point is the rich keep getting rich because they can use opportunities around them but the poor remain poor because even if they see opportunities they can act on it because of resources or responsibilities or they move on before they can eat the fruit of their labour because they dont have the luxuries of waiting.

Not all poor people are lazy, some are just unfortunate

See I know about "Pretty privileged" ok, growing up I was pretty then i lost my Mom and many circumstances made me to start adding weight.
