Your HVs came back clear
Fluid in POD may or may not indicate infection according to my sonographer.
If you were ovulating when u scanned, there will be fluid there.
Maybe you should redo HVs or do ECS to be sure.

Thanks a lot mama. Did u use d drugs for fibroids or something else? Hope they worked for u? Learnt serra can be combined wt guifei bao also for effective results but guifei bao is too expensive. U also suggested to use with ACV and BSM, pls which of them is cost effective?

Serra+tampon+BSM+ACV+Ghana seed+ Vitex.

If u can't afford guifei bao,Buy Chinese herbal tampon.3k for 6tampon. It's as effective as guifei bao and do exactly the same thing.
You can source BSM locally, I buy 50cl at 2500. ACv small bottle (brags) for 3500 or you prepare yourself with red apples and sugar. Read up online.
Look for Ghana seed too,looks like nutmeg but smaller. Chew with groundnut once a week.

I HV recommended this for people,2 came back with bfp.
Note; Size of fibroid matters.if it's big, pls go for surgery then use the combo to maintain n avoid regrowth.

Since 2 doctors has confirmed it was blocking tube visibility. This does not mean tube is blocked. Am concerned about the size and the fact that she can feel the bulge. Yes prolactin may just be what is stopping her for now, but conceiving and carrying to terms with 5-7cm fibroid, in or outside the womb is a very painful 9months walk.

Pls consider surgery.
