Been thinking of asking this, what's the best time of a cycle to do castor massage for Fallopian tubes blockage? Is it
1. During menses?
2. After menses? Or
3. Through out a cycle?
If no 1. Is wrong please I'll like to know why.
Also, during the massage, after applying everything do we just place it on the appropriate place or we also do a massage too. If a massage, please explain the procedure.

Why?
Castor oil encourages blood flow , you will bleed more. It is only recommended to people who experience clots or extreme painful period.

So do it after menses till you ovulate.
If you ttced that cycle, dont apply aftwards, but if you didnt, you can continue till new cycle starts.

As for the best ways to do it.
Massage using castor oil, from location of ovary down thru the position of the tube to the uterus. Gentle o, dont force it. You can watch fertility massage on youtube as a guide.
Massage like you want to push something from youre ovaries down to your uterus and outside the vagina.
Do it for a while.
Then place the soaked castor oil flannel over the massaged area, cover and apply your heat pad or hot rubber bottle.
45mins to as much as you would want to stay.
