Pls, mamas in the house based in Port Harcourt. I need your recommendations on a very good hospitals.I and DH were using Pamo Clinics before now. Of recent their standard has gone down. They are understaffed and have a lot of rude staff. The Doctor there after I had a positive PT never even mentioned anything like prenatal vitamins or Folic acid. Asked me to come register ante natal when i am 12 weeks gone. It was even my personal research on babycenter.com and this thread, that made me know i was supposed to be taking Folic acid and other vitamins. I don't feel safe using them at all, can't risk my first baby with those kind of doctors. Please, kindly suggest the good hospitals you know and have used in Port Harcourt.Thanks a lot.

between 2 to 4 days before my ovulation date, i alays have a watery discharge , lasts for a day or two, usually tinged with blood, and sometimes the blood is much, i am tired, ran tests, no infection, hormones ok, yet this issue persists.
any body experienced this?, and no its not ovulation spotting, as i have done tvs and ovulation predictor kits, to pinpoint my ovulation

Try half teaspoon of baking soda in water every morning. Dont do it for more than 2weeks. It helps with Ewcm and shrinks cyst or fibroids too.
Add Apple cider Vinegar to the mixture too if you have, but make sure you drink with straw to avoid shocking enamel
Baby dust....

Note; this must not exceed 2weeks o. And its not for big cyst or fibroids. Just seedlings or functional cyst that will still disappear with time

Those that have used BMH, or know people that have successfully used them. Thats where UPTH is referring everyone to now, since their workers are on strike.

I could have easily gone to a private hospital, but my people no gree o.
Everyone is shouting use govt, they have the facilities.
But the reviews I see online isnt encouraging.

Hello house, A lady has never missed her period, infact her menstrual cycle is always 25days. Never more, never less. The lady got married in march and today 26th April, the lady found out she's missed her period for 4 days alredy... 4 days behind schedule. I will be using coconut oil as baby lotion all through. My neighbour use it and the benefits are so much. So I will have to prepare enough that will last 3 months.

I just got this info from mumsie and it works; she gives coconut water to a new born baby as soon as the baby is born and the baby will never suffer those intestine untwisting issues that usually last for 3 months. She has done this for 3 of her grand kids and even advised a friend to do it, she agreed it works.

I also learnt that some babies grow so fast that they outgrow their cloths in one week. Any solution to this while shopping?

One capsule atleast one hr before or after meal. morning and night. Increase dose if no serious adverse effect

I once complained about my itching and peeling areola which led to sore. I visited the doctor and was given hydrocorrisone cream to apply for 2 wks. A friend here also asked me to always clean it with methylated spirit. After a while everything came to normal. I stopped the whole process for a while and started noticing some flaking again and signs that the sore was going to return. That was how i resumed my routine again. Every morning, i clean with spirit and apply the cortisone. But everytime i clean, the cotton wool will be very dirty as shown.

My question is, why is it always dirty or is that how our areola is? I don't mind any info on breast hygiene. because i don't think i can be cleaning with spirit after birth.
