I used pregnacare plus till 12 weeks , i didnt experience any nausea , weakness was also mild. The increased signs started after i stopped it. I was given folic acid and fesolate only during antenatal. I dont know if all these things i experience is caused by increase age of fetus or just the pre-natal drugs i stopped.

Add calcium.
Immediately it was added to my routine drugs, I got all my strength back. No more unnecessary pains except on few occasions when I just wake up on the wrong side.

My sister, when I researched more about it, some people even said one full cup twice daily. I even thought using ordinary water won't be as powerful as using lime, palm wine, pap water or schnapps but I was wrong. May be it s because i cooked it. I was looking for melon pod and saw it. Almost mistook it for melon but the women there guided me.
Melon pod is what they call Bara. Melon too has its own Fertility property. The person that sent me to buy the melon uses it to prepare herbs for women TTC. Even the man I bought from had to call me aside to ask what I wanted to use it for as I am obviously double. But I told him I wasn't using it Before he allowed me go.

So I will advise you ask them there the difference btw the picture you posted and Bara(melon pod). Let them guide you on usage
