PoliticsRe: The Black Man Cannot Live Well Without The White Man by Rosskiki: 9:03pm On Nov 01, 2019
The caucasian or 'white' race is known to be at least 40,000 years old.

But there is no record of a caucasian civilization till about 800 BC (ie just 2,800 years ago) when Homer became the first voice of the Greeks. The Greeks themselves learned all they did from the Egyptians, who were black Africans.

There is ample evidence that many races were in existence in the periods we are debating. It just so happened that AFRICANS were the ones who were first to be civilized, and to spread their civilization across the world.

Intriguingly enough, those who colonised Africa knew this full well, even though they denied such knowledge to their captives, whom they elected to brainwash with fantasies of their 'savagery'.

Hear the words of Lady Lugard, the historian wife of Nigeria's first British Governor-General Lord Lugard, in her 1906 book A Tropical Dependency:

"When the history of Negroland comes to be written in detail, it may be found that the kingdoms lying towards the eastern end of Sudan (classical home of Ancient Ethiopians) were the home of races who inspired, rather than of races who received, the tradition of civilization associated for us with the name of ancient Egypt. For they cover on either side of the Upper Nile between the latitudes of ten degrees and seventeen degrees, territories in which are found monuments more ancient than the oldest Egyptian monuments. If this should prove to be the case and civilized world be forced to recognize in a black people the fount of its original enlightenment, it may happen that we shall have to revise entirely our view of the black races, and regard those who now exist as the decadent representatives of an almost forgotten era, rather than as the embryonic possibility of an era yet to come."

"The fame of the ancient Ethiopians (ancient Kushites) was widespread in ancient history. Herodotus described them as the tallest, most beautiful and long-lived of the human races, and before Herodotus, Homer, in even more flattering language, described them as the most just of men, the favorites of the gods. The annals of all the great early nations of Asia Minor are full of them. The Mosaic records allude to them frequently; but while they are described as the most powerful, the most just, and the most beautiful of the human race, they are constantly spoken of as Black, and there seems to be no other conclusion to be drawn than at that remote period of history, the leading race of the Western World was a Black race."

Lady Lugard/Flora Shaw Lugard, Asa G. Hilliard, III, A Tropical Dependency: An Outline of the Ancient History of the Western Sudan With an Account of the Modern Settlement of Northern Nigeria, 1906.

Can you Vote in to a political office, men on dreads?
You are intensely stupid. People like you are the problem in this world. Your judgemental narrow-mindedness, selfishness, intolerance, and ignorance stink to high heavens. All expressions of individuality are valid, and it is not for you to elevate your worldview over others' in that regard.

IF NIGERIA FAILS TO BE FAIR TO THE IGBOS, IT WILL NOT CONTINUE TO EXIST AS A SINGLE ENTITY.
If iNNOSON reasoned like you, he would still be an unknown spare parts importer.

Or some nameless, jobless, disgruntled rabble rouser.

Instead, he saw light where you see darkness, and became the largest black-owned car manufacturer on the face of the earth.

Learn from him.
PoliticsIs The Border Shutdown Finally Uniting Nigerians? by Rosskiki(op): 11:01pm On Oct 31, 2019
I notice that ethnic battles have reduced significantly on NL as the fallout from the Federal Govt's dramatic border shutdown continues to amaze, mesmerise, and captivate Nigerians across the board.

With the effects of the border shutdown reverberating across the world, not just West Africa, Nigerians are realising, many for the first time, just how important and pivotal their country is in the comity of nations.

Our much maligned country is actually one which, if it merely shuts its borders for a few weeks, the entire world falls to its knees in supplication.

The Vietnamese government has dispatched a high level delegation to persuade Abuja to rescind its decision. As reported, they were met by a firm demand that they establish rice mills HERE in Nigeria if they wish to benefit from the Nigerian market.

The really interesting thing is that, as the years progress, this Nigerian power will only increase. Nigeria is projected to become the world's THIRD most populous nation after China and India by 2050.

Who can ignore such a market in the international business community?

This country, by sheer virtue of its market size, and growing buying power, can dictate the terms and pace of its own industrialisation.

I think this is why Nigerians are uniting in a new belief and pride in the country.

PoliticsRe: The Difference Between White Folks And Black Folks by Rosskiki: 11:06pm On Oct 30, 2019
White; the moment they sense or see abnormalities in their system or society they quickly speak up and make sure it’s nipped on the bud.
Oh sure... You people never seize to amaze me by your sheer stupidity where it concerns analysing ''white people''. Get this into your thick skull. In the last century, these your angelic, brilliant ''white people'' slaughtered nearly 150 million of themselves in two great European wars they foolishly called ''world'' wars.

Stalin alone slaughtered 30 million of his people in the Soviet Union.

Hitler was a master butcher who slaughtered countless millions.

Mussolini of Italy was a bloodthirsty maniac, and partner of Hitler in his madness.

Even today, ''white people'' have built nuclear weapons capable of destroying all life on earth hundreds of times over, POINTED AT EACH OTHER. US v Russia etc.

So where are the ''white people'' that have ''quickly spoken up and made sure all this tragedy was/is 'nipped in the bud'?

In America today, the income inequality is outrageous. ''The average employee 'needs to work more than a month to earn what the CEO earns in one hour.'' .....''the top wealthiest 1% possess 40% of the nation's wealth; the bottom 80% own 7%''.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wealth_inequality_in_the_United_States

This inequality has been the case for decades. and is getting worse. Do you know that over 1 million Americans are homeless and sleep on the streets every night? This is a country whose annual GDP is 20 trillion dollars.

Where are the ''''white people'' that have ''quickly spoken up and made sure all this is 'nipped on the bud'?

Please folks...... Quit idealizing ''white people''. It's plain dumb inferiority complex based on nothing.

Without that independence you would be an illiterate, barefoot farmer or hunter or tailor like your grandfather, so STFU. Mass education only began after independence.

The colonialists looted the country's resources and did not invest in anything, including education. Why were your great grandparents not lawyers, doctors and industrialists, but village illiterates? Yet you say you didn't deserve independence.

That is why Ghana has a higher per capita income than Nigeria
WRONG: Nigeria's GDP per capita is nearly 6,000 USD, while Ghana's is 4,600.

Considering Nigeria has 200 million people compared to just 25 million people in Ghana, it's an even greater achievement.

Actually, YOU have the low IQ, and nobody else. Get this, you bloviating dunce. Nigeria is NOT a rich country. It's annual budget is 22 billion USD for 200 million people. Contrast that with South Africa (annual budget: 103 billion USD), Australia (484 billion USD), India (544 billion USD), Brazil (618 billion USD), Canada (683 billion USD), UK (1.7 trillion USD), USA (6 trillion USD), Germany (1.6 trillion USD), Japan (1.6 trillion USD)....

But we cannot until we DIVERSIFY OUR ECONOMY, and increase our national income. The oil money is NOT ENOUGH for a country our size.
