Paint can only keep out water splash back. And stop water ingress from the sides. It won't stop capillary.

Can this be done on a bungalow?
Firstly, the front of the house is facing back away from the main access entrance. Can the back ( as it stands presently comprising kitchens and bathrooms/toilets) be converted to the front?

Secondly, can the roof be removed and more blocks added to make the ceiling higher or its just to dismantle and redesign from scratch. Can you weight in this pls.

Yes ,it can be done on bungalow.
If need be to remove the roof, we will do that.

This debate is unnecessary, who even sending $1k monthly before he be lucky if he can still send $400. How about nothing? if he or she struggling to pay his bills. Is hard for people to understand this not until you move here permanently, then they know the difference between kaki and leather. That $100 someone send, do they know how many hours that person worked to get that money. No one I repeat give anyone money here you must go and put in those hours to make money for yourself.
