You have failed to calculate the amount of time, miscellaneous you spent doing the errands etc and how much you pay yourself doing them.

I will like to point out one thing. They are Engineers, Architect and Artisans that have grown pass certain amount of Job pay just like in every profession based on experience and work load, it doesn't mean you can't get the job done.

Secondary, taste and finishing varies. Someone will still build the same two bedrooms with less than a 5m and someone will do same for 15m.


We have seen people build without DPC, without reinforcement except the lintels, flat roofing with Cameroon zinc, local stone, local sand(Erosion sand), moulding 45-50 blocks with 1 bag of cement, mixing ration of 1:6:6, low quality casement, paint window protector and electrical fittings etc. I can go on and on.

Don't generalize your opinion because you want to advertise yourself but if you claim l'm wrong, list the quality of materials used.

The size of the pump is small compare to the litres of pump. The pump will over work and might likely affect the coil in future

You are absolutely right.
The distance matters, that is what we normal used to determine the size of pump.
It also written on the pump but people don’t take notice of this.

For example 1hp
Height/meter
@93m. It will deliver 15lts per minute
@74m. It ..,, ……..45 lts. “. “

So I can see that the OP bore hole distance to tank will be up to 100meters
Means to get the 3000lts filled up it will take 3.5hours or so

Calculation let’s say @100meter … 14lts
3000lts divided by 14lts =214 minute
214m divided by 60minute =3.5hours

So to get your water tank of 3000lts capacity to filled up btw 1-1:30min, you will need 1.5hp or 2hp
Another thing is that your bore hole must have enough water if not the pump will dry it up quickly

It can withstand 100deg Celsius.

We gives thank to Almighty God for the journey of this project so far.
We also thank-our client for the opportunity given to us to erect the edifice (this not the 1st one from him).
Special thanks to All our staffs at Arbo contractor Ltd for there wonderful job …The supervisor mason, plumber, electrician( 1st phase of the job) Carpenter, wall screeding team,roofing team, tiler iron bender,Labour ( helper) etc
