You need the service of a QS, a random quote will do you no good if you want the right information amidst this inflation. Remind me later about this. I will forward the plan to our QS. This my end of the year gift to you and this wonderful thread.

Infact, Topsy bail me out of 6.8m transformer quotation that EKEDC insulated I must installed based on total load they got. But when I posted it here and Topsy runs his own calculation we discovered that the load is still within normal pole connection .

Those days we used buy Grounfos pumps at Ikeja. They have a big distributor there, near the Barracks on that back road coming from Oshodi to Maryland.

They have office at gra also @isaac John street.
There is groundfos motor / groundfos head Also there Franklin motor coupled with groundfos head, all stainless impellers , not like fiber impeller we see today .. oh my God

Grundfos and LOWARA pump are the most expensive pump and they are the best also. Durable and very strong. LOWARA cheapest pump is about 680k and their pump normally determine by flow rate and distance where it pumping to.

Only few people know these pump, especially Lowara, Ebara( same importer .. itshekiri guys one of there office is close to my coker Orile office same mkt ) , grundfos, pump, Capri pump, caprari pump, all there pump comes in many designs like
Vertical pump, dynamic pump centrifugal pump, etc

I am about to do a plumbing work on my 6 bedroom country home. Please I was just wondering if anyone can provide the estimated cost to install the plumbing pipes. The structure is made up of 2 bedrooms downstairs (toilets all en suite), visitor's toilet, kitchen, and 4 bedroom upstairs (toilets all en suite). What type of pipes do i need to install? Your inputs is highly appreciated.

The size of the building and type of materials to be used will determine the cost.
If I will advise you I will say “ techno green flexible hose pipe is the best “ it’s no that common in use bcs it’s more costly than regular Nigeria made pipe.

Actually I don’t want to talk on this matter again if not bcs of this latest version of the issue.
They said we cut corner .. lolz anyway I don’t need to dwell much on it as argument.
Even my own personal project I never used 0.45mm let alone client project. And more than 20 building that I have constructed here I never cut corner either you are there or not, I will do my work as it’s should be and move on to other project.

I never cut corner on iron rod of about 8m ( original TMT Tiger) always
Cement of about 3m
Granite of 2m
-Plumbing pipes and fittings
Electrical pipe, DB etc
It will now be aluminum of diff of N90k that I will cut corner …
When I I can see diff of
Almost 1.5m on iron rod only if I bought others low Brand ….. hmm. It’s well

Here is the quotation from my roofer for this particular project,
I can send more than 10 copies of some of my roofing quotation / payment to my roofer on diff job to show the type of gauge we used for our project not only that most of our cleint do see this when in use.
* check the date, the time, and the gauge of the roof with the price then.
Also the gerald roof part is on the list as well. How much do I want go gain from such act … pls am more than that sir, am not bragging.
But what can I say here if God said thing will happened noting you can do than to face it and pray for such not to occur again bcs human being are destined to face difficulties in this life.
It’s only God that is perfect,

I pray to God to judge me according to my behaviors toward cleint and any others people in this life. YES
If you haven’t encountered issue in your line of duty or in this life you will believed that’ others people with such issue presently are not perfect.
