Why are you using 12mm for this or you use it only for the slab?

It will enter but you will not have enough space for parking

We used 16mm for the columns and slab beams while 12mm for others works

Very sharp precast parapet. Weldone. Hope the integrity of this old structure was thoroughly checked before further loading.

Actually it’s cast-in-situ parapet but we use steel panel for it and the guy is good ( this reduce waste of wood, no plastering of the parapet after casting, it save time etc )
Yes the building was built about 9!year ago or so and all columns and beams are intact.

Well done on this project so far. Its been an interesting journey. Please can you share more pics of the doors you are using.

Here is the toilet door sample, we did this about 4year ago. It’s here on this thread ( for the back apartment) Now 60k,

The entrance one is 300k I will post the pics once done.

We are using this same door for the toilet, each door cost 60k minus installation
